I was in Wisconsin for two weeks and reached out to the gym. Personally spoke with Prof. Filipe Barbosa and couldn’t have been nicer and more welcoming. I visited a class and the entire class welcomed me as if I was a long time member. I stayed for two classes and had a great time, great instruction and a bunch of great practitioners. After the class he invited me back later in the week and we talked BJJ teaching philosophy just for fun.Overall awesome experience , clean space and excellent instruction and of course rolls!

Filipe is so amazing with the children! He teaches them discipline and to be tough and break out of their comfort zone. He is very professional yet makes it fun for the kids. My daughter loves it there.

I consider myself in decent shape, always pushing to limit but after attending a class I was humbled. His instruction is no nonsense, you can either go hard or go home. I couldnt begin to describe how excited I am to train with this teacher and looking forward to next session.

Spent 2 yrs working out with my 7 yr old son took jiu jitsu and mma while my son trained in the kids class we both learned a lot and I personally lost weight and gained flexibility.
