I have had my son enrolled here part time since January and have been happy. My son is always excited to go see his friends and teachers. The owner has kept me informed and always responds to my emails. They have been flexible which I greatly appreciate. We are happy here.

The business owner is selfish. She is not there very often and relies heavily upon her staff to run the day care. She is all about the money and not the well being of the children. She will put their best interests on hold to make more money. Somehow she finds awesome teachers, but they dont stay long. It does have a nice playground for the kids. I think there are better day care options in Barrington. The owner filled all the open preschool slots with new kids and held my 3.5 year old son in the toddler room. I asked several times to move him to the preschool side but instead she would bring in more kids. There was also a special needs child who would bite constantly and nothing was done about it. I expressed my concerns several times. This child was 2.5 years old with a full set of teeth. When I saw the large welt he left on a teachers arm from biting her I pulled my son from this day care. Cheryl asked me to pay for the next 2 weeks even after expressing all my concerns. I liked many of the teachers who worked there and they genuinely loved the kids and had their best interests at heart. Its really a shame the teachers dont have the proper leadership and support because if they did this could be a nice child care center. As it is now, I would steer clear.
