Mirabelle at Staples really saved my day - I was frustrated when my print job would not load to the website; she took the time to offer suggestions and figured out what edits needed to be made to finally get it uploaded. I truly appreciate her time and patience in getting the prints exactly as I had wanted (thank you again, Mirabelle!).

Breann did an excellent job on a rush order for me! It was double-sided and I did not line up the margins correctly, so she corrected my file and printed it post haste! 🤗

Chris at the Bartlesville Staples is awesome. His customer service is beyond 5 stars! He is so helpful and works the whole store when needed! A refreshing change! I go in more frequently now!

Staples used to offer quick and reliable service. Today I tried to have copied one piece paper on to 2 pieces of card stock and have it cut. It was going to take 3 hours and $18. No more reliable and quick.

Went in to buy a chair for my battle station,as soon as I walk to the store I felt like a fish in a pool of sharks. 3 sales people were on me... hovering... during covid. I found on9i liked and the assistant manager said really? I hate that one like bro no one asked. Ill just get it on Amazon where I feel safe.

Heather(manager) is a clue less joke as well as dishonest. She absolutely doesnt deserve to be in a management position. The store is nice though, so deserves two stars.

They definitely need to train their staff a lot more on the basics of customer service. Stood in line to have an item shipped for about 10 minutes. Multiples times looked over to about 5 employees behind the front counter looking right back at me. Tried to gesture one over and all i hear is laughing and then finally a young gentlemen came over to assist me. As i walked out the remainder of the employees behind the counter mumbled under their breath have a good day and then more laughter. Way to go staples you have some mighty fine employees.....not.

I had a very positive experience at Staples in Bartlesville,OK. Very helpful and courteous staff. Both ladies that assisted me while printing off an emailed document were very knowledgeable and patient. Thank you Staples for hiring wonderful associates to work the sales floor.😊

Was in the store on Sept the 9th and was told that the price of an item was 25 dollars on clearance and and we were gonna go back and get the next day to pick up but emoloyee said sont hurry it has been here for a long time and will be here whenever you come back it is the only one in the store. We wanted to get a copy done which was way over charged by at least 49 dollars and wanted to get ottoman care of and make sure they were being honest but just now the scale is still there and not who was in charge point blank told my husbavd he bwas a liar that there was 2 then and that he was dead wring. Shame on you we will never be back there you just lost a huge customerand I know alot of people who still use your service but I will work to my best to detour them from usimg ugly ever again.....

Worst experience ever! Brought our own business card in to have more printed and the girl behind the counter DEANN scanned it(Wrong) and it wouldnt center. She then told my husband well here is the self help computer and you will have to do it yourself, I dont know how. WOW! REALLY! So rude and unhelpful. I went and got another girl Ashley to help us and she was very kind and polite and she helped with the process and we were able to order our cards. I really do not understand why people have jobs that they refuse to do. In this economy today we are lucky to have a job. And if you dont like the one you have then quit! Let someone that will do the job, have the job. It is unnecessary to treat customers rude and disrespectful. The sad part of this whole thing is, she new how to order and make the cards but just didnt want too! Thank you Ashley for your kind service and help we really appreciate you and if not for you this would have gotten a 1 star rating instead of 3😊. As for Deann my only recommendation is either LEARN YOUR PEOPLE SKILLS! or staples needs to let you go.

Have used Staples for several years now. Generally have what you need. Staff assistance is adequate. However at a much lower level of service than past years.

Staples is convenient when I cant wait for the Internet. All praise to the lady who runs their copy center, who has saved my a.., that is, she has proven very knowledgeable and helpful many times.

If you want to make a complaint about anyone you have to call the company itself

I like Staples for some things, while others are way more expensive. This store is well kept but some of the workers arent that knowledgeable.

The employees here are great, but the manager Travis is a horrible person. He’s sexist, vengeful and has been to prison.

Friendly, professional, courteous. Staples copies all my large blueprints.

They had what I needed, but the customer service was so bad and rude that my family will never go back. Also they will print an official receipt so, if you purchased an incorrect item you have to go home and print it off ,which is bad if you bought the wrong $86 printer ink because yours was out.see the irony?
