Great school, Teachers and Staff are very nice and helpful.

This is a horrible school that is run like a business. The staff are good people(very jaded though due to the poor work conditions) and your child will be safe; however, they will not learn anything. There are little to no incentives for good behavior and little money is spent on the students in order to turn a decent profit. Your child will be safe; but, for charging the school districts over $200 a day per student the tax payers are getting scammed.

One of the secretaries stole something from me, do not send your kids to the school very rude staff very unprofessional

Horrible school. Staff is extremelyunprofessional. My son broke his hand during school. The nurse sent him back with and ice pack, and I was never notified. The principal lied and told me that they called me and that they have phone records. I asked her to show me the phone records but she could not. The school nurse told the truth few days later saying she never called me. I only spoke with his teacher once on the phone the entire school year. When I emailed her to tell her to call me I never heard from her. I was there just recently for meeting and the staff up front was talking about get drunk, I was is in complete awe. There was staff member checking in the kids that were coming in including my son, he seemed more like a prision guard. No smile on his face mad at the world attitude. His therapist a young man who I spoke to for about 30 mintues was awesome. He had warmth to him like he cared about the kids there. He no idea that my sons hand was broke while in the schools care, and he seemed trouble by that. They should all be fired or the school needs to be closed. DONT SEND YOUR KIDS HERE! Its a menace to society.

I went here when did there were insensitive staff telling me if i was you i wouldnt get myself in a school like this not knowing i was there to shave time off my high school years cause i moved around alot some of the staff are so disrespectful and assume which leads to problems and the buliding is downright disgusting a child who graduated worked there right after and didnt care bout cleaning there was pee on the bathroom floors and gawd knows what else that would sit there for long periods of time with being cleaned up so you had to play dont step on anything nasty all the time as well as the building never gets fixed taped carpets one time the thrapist said she was gone make me pay for a whole room of carpet when it was already destroyed i just took the tape off (graduated student)

Management is not qualified based on credentials. They are only interested in the state subsidies. Employees are underpaid and unappreciated. Multiple inappropriate staff relationships and interactions. Mislead parents and school districts during visits and meetings. Provide multiple students that need a one to one with the same staff member, but do not inform school districts of this practice. Building is unkept. Need to be audited as they do not follow multiple ISBE standards.

One of my kids used to attend here at streamwood parkland prep and i have to say this is the worst school to choose from. i do not recommend parents enrolling students here. there is disrespectful staff and also the principal and program director do not do their job and lie about situations. students are also very disrespectful. I am a lawyer and i am thinking of shutting down this school this school is the worst i have ever picked for my child. DO NOT RECOMMEND ANY PARKLAND PREP!!!!!!!!!!!!!
