Poor customer service. Unprofessional to say the least. Don’t recommend Norris horsemanship. Classy folks as you can tell by previous comments made from other posts. Happy to take you money but doesn’t bother giving you updates. Good luck trying to get a hold of trainer himself. “Poor cell service” and too much drama. Just go somewhere else!

1500 for 31 days out of 90. My choice to pick up my horse early is correct. Had to make the choice because when we tried to reach out to these people, I received no information. Look on their Facebook post and all I saw was how they were busted up and he not fooling with horses anymore. As well as reading how much drama that is going on, I had to wonder how much training my horse really received. Asked for pictures and didn’t get anything until the day I was coming to get her. 11pm and I just walked in the house from the 6 hour round trip to get my horse. I can already tell after fooling with her a little bit that she was there 31 days but I doubt she has had half of that in training. I could go on but i will save that for later. By all means please reply and tell me I am lying because I got every text, screen shot of Facebook post saved. I do not recommend Norris horsemanshipIn response to you saying absolutely nothing relevant to my statement. You did absolutely no training with the horse. Not fake reviews just telling you the truth. You and your husband , boyfriend or what ever he is today are thieves.

When I sent my mare I paid for 90 days. When I got her back she would turn left, right, back and go forward and that was it. Definately not worth the 90 days. I gave their contact info to a friend whose horse ended up losing a lot of weight. She was never updated on progress or how many days her horse was worked. They took days to return phone calls. Finally she became so concerned she went and got her horse around 45 days in. Because she paid for the 90 days in advance they refused to refund her for the half she didnt use. Would not recommend. Pay for a more expensive trainer. Its worth the extra cost in the long run.

Unprofessional. Just ridiculous.Horses come back worse than you bring them. People don’t communicate with one another or customers. No proof of actual training provided and 90 day pre paid was cut short due to the owners petty problems! Don’t waste money or time with this joke of a business and you reposted our horse to try and cover your tracks the same day

Unprofessional. They share more about their personal life than they do the actual status of your horses training. They might be cheap but you get what you pay for. WOW!!!!!Leave a bad review and they insult your spouse.That shows you the low class unprofessional your dealing with.

We had an awesome experience with the Norris family. They are very knowledgeable and down to earth ppl. We are beginners with the whole horse riding and they were so helpful. No matter how stupid or crazy the question they always had the answer. I would recommend the Norris horsemanship to anybody and everybody needing there horse worked. Our scooter was needing a little tunning up and they were grate with him. Even got him loading up like a champ
