We love refuse to lose. Mr. Nick and the staff are the best. My daughter has learned so much in a short time. She is always showing her friends and family what she has learned and has built her confidence up.

My son has attended here for four years. Mr. Nick is an amazing teacher and role model. My son has improved his physical and mental fitness, improved his confidence, and made meaningful friendships.

I can’t fault refuse2lose! They are fantastic! The instructor is so informative and makes the class amazingly fun! By far the best fitness group out there!!

We love our martial arts school!!!! My son has been coming here since he was 3 years old, he is now 10 and loves every class. He also competes on our traveling competition team to tournaments in NY and other states across the country. All the instructors are very professional, friendly and inspirational.
