I always have really good experiences at this particular dollar tree. This morning, I needed a whole bunch of balloons. They had a great selection and the young lady, Amy, who helped me was truly great.

The manager does not have good customer service skills, nor does he know how handle the store when its busy.The assistant manager was amazing and should be the store manager. If I was giving her a rate would have been 5 stars.Dan I think his name is. Take some customer service skills before you lose alot of customer.Stop being rude and talking down to people like if we are little kids. I did not go off on you because I was not going to go to you level.

Extraordinarily typically dollar store. Mostly clean, mostly stocked and short staffed. The folks working there today deserve a raise.

The male employee (glasses and its a little on the smaller side) is very rude. Im not sure if hes the manager, but hes way too uptight and has no business being in customer service.

This is by far one of the best Dollar Tree stores that I have been in. The store was full of a multitude of items that I have not seen at other Dollar Tree stores in several areas. The manager on duty was very nice and helpful

Great place to find those little odds and ends, stocking stuffers, household products and office supplies. Its nice to have a modest size store you can find everything quickly.

They had exactly what I was looking for and I even found a few extra things too. I like the fact that this is truly a dollar store, no need to guess at prices here. The store was clean and organized. The cashier was friendly. A good experience there.

Theres a wide variety of products, the store is clean. Although I have not personally had a bad experience, I did witness one today. A customer came in today looking for balloons. She was friendly when she asked. However, the employee was not. Apparently, the store is out of helium. The employee was rude in her response, her mannerisms, was not helpful at all, didnt show any empathy or offer any suggestions-- nothing. Ive worked in retail, as well. You deal with people. Some are friendly, some are not. The nature of the business requires you to deal with all customers, regardless. If you dont like people, dont like dealing with them, dont work retail. Its possible the employee was having a bad day; we all have those. Unfortunately, although it might be difficult, we must continue to treat customers well.

Probably the most lazy employee ever. I came here early in the morning to grab some cleaning supplies for my job. At this very moment it is 8:20 am and online it says they open at 8am. This employee is sitting in his blue scion car right next to me for the past 30mins and still hasnt opened the store. He seen me walk up to the door at 8:10 and still hasnt flinched to get out of his car or get off his phone. What a lazy employee. I will never come here again and Ill be sure to let my clients know as well. I would rate 0 stars but you cant.

Need to change their hours on web site. It states 8:00 am and open. However got there at 8:10 am doors closed. Sign on door says 9 am.
