We moved to BR due to our home flooding in Denham Springs, LA. My rental home was right around the corner from the school so I knew that it was obviously in my district. I had to register my child there for kindergarten and it worked out well for us--not only was the school walking distance but she enjoyed it there. Her kindergarten teacher was awesome and shes still there for 1st grade. Both of her teachers adore her and I can tell that they truly care about the kids in their classrooms.Also, the new principal who started this year has been awesome. Hes very hands on with the parents. He lets the parents know whats going on with our children and whats going on with the school on a regular basis. I believe also this is the first year Ive seen tutoring being offered after school for kids falling behind.Overall, I think this is a good school and one of the better regular schools in EBR school system.

Quality of education was minimal.

Live across the street from it and Id never send my kid to that school
