Could use better communication. My son is learning songs that I can tell and he counts more but I havent seen a picture in about a month. Some teachers are very welcoming but around pick up time its like the mood changes.

My daughter loves Floynell KinderCare! She is happy to go each day and is learning so much. I love that they send pictures and video frequently. The staff is very personable and caring for my daughter.

I cannot say enough positive things about our daycare! We have been with Kindercare for almost 4 years now and we love them, they are like family! They love, nurture and understand the uniqueness of my children. I feel like I can talk with them about anything and they would listen and respond quickly with any concerns. I would recommend them to family, friends and strangers.

I’ll start off with me some positives. This center is good at teaching songs. And keeping a good schedule as far as meals and nap times with the kids. I can notice some improvements in actions with my son. Which is wonderful. But unfortunately the staff is not friendly. Sometimes I’ll get a good morning but most times not. As far as following simple requests like only providing a pacifier at nap time is purposely ignored. The staff even tried to hide the fact that my son is using one when I come to get him by taking it out of his mouth so that I don’t see it. He’ll go the entire weekend with out one at home. But at daycare they refuse to work with me on the issue. Which is extremely aggravating. Pictures are not updated regularly on the app. When I bring up certain issues that I have, it is usually met with poor dispositions.

Amazing staff, even though my son (3yo and never went to daycare) just started there, the days leading up to him starting, they were just wonderful. There were no screaming babies, its clean, they had new toys in the office for the kids, every area of this place is somewhere your child would want to play. Ms.Carla and all the other women are just as kind to you as they are to your kids. Great place and happy I chose it.

My son has been going here for one month... ONLY ONE. And he is already speaking more, cleaning up around the house, playing gentler with our dogs... He is learning SO fast here. He used to go to another learning center and I did not think we could afford this place but it is worth every dime. They are patient and structured and another 1,000 wonderful things.

The best daycare that my child has ever attended with the best teachers!!

We are new in the country and I was afraid because my baby has a year and a half and he don’t understand english but here, my baby are loved and he loves his teachers, specially Miss Rita. In one week he started to walk and now he understand a little words in english.

Carla Washington is a great director. Always walking around to make sure everything is going well with the kids. Friendly environment

We came to this daycare due to being displaced from the flood of 2016. It was close to our home and honestly when I toured the place Ms. Carla, director made me feel right at home.When I dropped off my child the next day, he went straight to playing with the other kids in his classroom. Within 1 month of being there, I started to noticed he was more socially interactive with the family and became more interested in walking. He started walking after only being there for 1.5 months. The teachers there love the kids and you know they care for them tremendously. I highly recommend this daycare if youre looking for a place that will take care of your kids like your own:)
