When my MLS offers a Bob Brooks course taught by Brett Lancaster, I make every effort to attend. No matter what the topic is, I always walk away knowing so much more than I did before the class. He is very thorough in his teachings but never boring. Im always engaged which, for me, is key in retaining the most information. But above all else and the #1 reason I enjoy his classes is that he always shares best practices as it pertains to the topic being taught. This information is invaluable to any agent, in my opinion, especially us newer agents. So if you are looking to further your real estate education, you’re in the right spot!

There is something to be said about the strategic placement of content in the curriculum. Brent’s ability to gradually increase the foundational application of content is amazing. I took the Bob Brooks Real Estate online courses to prepare for my Real Estate Licensing exam. The pre-licensing and post-licensing courses were very information and user friendly. I enjoyed that with online courses, I could work at a rate of speed that fit my schedule. Since becoming licensed, I have enjoyed many opportunities with continuing education classes, with Brent Lancaster as the instructor, he is personable, knowledgeable and approachable with any questions! Also love that they didnt give me a stack of reading material and say go, instead they offer videos that explain the teachings and give you everyday examples. Extremely helpful! I did all of my pre licensing with Bob Brooks. The pace was wonderful, instructor was clear and concise, and the material was made to be understood! There was never a topic I didn’t understand at the end of a session! Everything was covered for the national and state exams. The ready set pass course was amazing! Definitely worth checking out if you are getting close to testing! I completed my pre licensing and the ready set pass coarse with Bob Brooks and passed both National and State exams!

Enrolled in online course 2 weeks ago and the presentations are not to fast where I cant keep up with him and the reading material is broken down so simple that its easy to make notes and highlight important info. Hoping to pass the test on the first try.

I loved being able to take the initial course and additional continuing education classes from home. The staff has been wonderful to work with anytime I had questions during the course and after.

I always on a computer so taking online classes is very convenient for me. I searched and found Bob Brooks School of Real Estate& Insurance Inc. I was impressed with the school because they allowed me to try the courses to see if the school would work for me. The course uses PowerPoint Slides, an Instructor speaking along, videos and literature explaining the class. The material can be viewed as much as you like I even listed to the courses while on the go. The course was easy to use everything was right where I needed .My Instructor was very easy to get to and responded quickly and if I had to prepare for a quiz I had tons practice questions to use.

Bob Brooks is absolutely a LIFE SAVER! I was so worried about my real estate exam because I literally went to college for fashion merchandising and marketing and had NO real estate experience in my life. I only had 3 months to pass my exam before Jan 19. Bob Brooks Ready, Set, Pass was one of the most helpful study tools I had. The videos of Brent explaining each topic, slowly and very detailed really helped me understand all the information. I have severe dyslexia AND dysgraphia and the quizzes and videos did not affect my learning of the course work. Also, Hannah is super helpful.

After doing some intense soul searching on myself, I figured out that I wanted to get into the Real Estate business. Since I currently have a different profession, I really didnt have the time to go to an actual school. When I found Bob Brooks School of Real Estate, I was amazed by the fact that they offer a prelicensing course online. I have seen other online courses, but Bob Brooks School seemed different - and they are! First of all, the course is extremely easy to figure out and use. The presentation videos use audio and video, and none of them have been even slightly boring. Everything is broken down in an easy and understandable way, so you dont need to be a genius to take this course with them.The people who work at Bob Brooks School are extremely helpful, and really act as though they care about their students well being. I highly recommend this school to anyone looking to jump into Real Estate!

Brent and his team was absolutely awesome and very accommodating to our class .The information received was very appreciated.

I can tell that the instructor of the course has the students best interest in mind. The course itself is very easy to navigate through and understand. The reason I am rating the salesperson prelicensing only 3 stars is because of how unorganized the course is. There are many questions in the wrong sections. The review mentions many things that were not even touched on in the lessons or in the print outs. There are also many things that the PSI stimulator on other sites that were never touched on in the class. If you are willing to learn much on your own and do A LOT of research for things not mentioned then this is the course for you. I do not recommend.

Offers great organized material that is straight to the point, and exactly what you need to successfully pass the examination to become a real estate agent. I took the class myself and passed both parts of the exam the first time because I was given the instruction that I needed. The office even called me to ask if I need help after the class was over.

This has to be the worst class ever! Online classes were bad. Audio never worked on presentations. Material available for download after you took a course so there was no note taking to go with the material you download. Study material is too basic. Took state licensing test and there was far more material covered than what the Bob Brooks school offered. I do not recommend using this online course.

I signed up for the property and casualty prelicensing course and it didnt prepare me well for the actually exam. Then I went into the school to get assistance and after I was promised a phone call or some type of response no one ever contacted me. I finally passed the test by memorizing the questions and going home and googling the answers. I would not recommend Bob Brooks School to anyone.
