They don’t wanna listen to parents are kids it’s all about what the principal do and if it’s wrong it wrongthen ebrs suspend for any reason then wen you go over the head they mark the kid andTarget the kid every year. if you have the money find a school that will listen and treat you and your kid right.

Ordered a high school transcript 4 MONTHS AGO and still haven’t received it! I left a detailed message when I called explaining the importance of it a week ago and still haven’t heard anything. Eventually I will make a trip up there to see what’s going on. Ridiculous!

They could care less about you . I went in to get a duplicate of my diploma. For a job and i had to keep calling to see if it was in and they didnt have the decency to call and let me know it was in . The person that answers the phone is useless . But I started just calling any numbers and got someone in finance that was nice enough to set it up where I could come and pick it up. The person that works in the IT department never picks up the phone and never calls back. This happened at the east baton rouge parish school board office.

The helpful employees answered my questions and concerns efficiently and courteously.Pandemic guidelines were on place, everyone I saw, or met, were wearing masks and social distancing.

No matter how many times I called about a situation with my daughter, I couldnt get the right person on the phone. Ive been transferred from person to person! Nobody knows who I should talkt to! And if I take things into my own hands Im the bad mom!!! I HATE the fact that in Louisiana this is the only option for single parents that can not afford private school or anything else, Im sure its better than the trash we have.

The ladies at the front desk are rude and act as if helping you is not their job

Literally have been calling since 9am it’s noon and I still can’t get anyone on the phone, finally get someone and she has a nasty attitude!

The school board is their to assist parents and others whom desire to accomplish there goals while working to achieve a better life questions and answers are good to ask

The system has failed me as a parent! The bus drivers (some) just dont care about the students. I need my tax dollars back!!!!! Im the bus driver because l cant depend on the bus situation. This is a on going issue and investigation for me and when you call the transportation line it busy are its not taking messages! Are no one answers the phone. Maybe they are there but there transferring me to another division! but l will be taking this to a higher authority.

The lady I spoke with in technology was very polite and helpful.

The school system has some great teachers but theyve ruined the schools by underfunding and poorly managing them. Like a frozen burrito in the microwave it keeps going round and round without getting anywhere.

Attempt to call the EBR School System and get a run around. Cant get anything to take a call or assist you with questions. If your child attends Greenbrier Elementary, you may want to check on them. They talk to the kids like no one should speak to anyone. The pre-k kids, noise running, nasty faces, untied shoes, etc. Thats why they give you the run around when you pop up. Cant wait to get my child from there.

You really wonder why were ranked so low in education...just kidding its obvious
