I achieved the rank of 1st Dan in November of 2004. I learned that your belt never comes off. Sabum nim taught me the art of self defense. I recommend tae Kwon do for anyone

Grand Master Charlie Harvey is an 8th degree Grand Master and there are very few people who have achieved that level in this country. I have trained with him for 20 years and will not live long enough to learn everything he knows. This is a great place to train and learn both martial arts and self defense as well as getting a good workout.

Been training here for about a year and the change in my confidence and physical health is impressive. Charlie genuinely cares about his students and Ive witnessed him mentoring younger ones. Great instructor, makes you feel at home and more like a friend than an instructor. Highly recommend Master Charlie to anyone looking to improve their physical and mental health.

The technique a taught to me saved my life I learned the history also that raw kwon do was about south Korea standing up and becoming from communist to non communist and how the high kicks were to kick the warriors off the horses I remember what subum num taught me not just the physical but mental hes like a second father to me if u leave his school its because your not ready to become and accept martial Arts which teaches you to fight so u dont have to fight and I received my 1st Dan in Oct 4 2003 I remember after I broke the brick at the Bay City mall subum num said when does your black belt come off and the answer is never when its off its always on So he also met Chuck Norris which I know he could have beater cause subum num doesnt choreograph he timing and speed is as if your in another realm but he works with u like when I drop my guard I get that whack on the side of the head I drop my guard less anyway he is the best prices are reasonable he cares about his students

Subum nim has a gold medal in the Olympics. Also when he won his 62 grandchampionship trophy cause hes the best out of humility and respect he gave it to his instructor chang soo limb.its an honor to have earned my blackbelt in 04 i messed up and spent 5 years in prison on drug charges i survived prison through God and subum nims methods which are so precise they could part the see im back training with subum nim cause he is the best i have been attacted with knives and remembered the martial arts and learning to fight so i dont have 2 and also a true blackbelt never takes his belt off physically its off but a honest true martial artists is a blackbelt and never quits learning 4 life and is part of the family of all true martial artist if u desire to learn and stick with subum nim and truly be mindful of what he says without any doubt you will carry the martial art outside of the school
