I had an amazing experience with Morgan who did my manicure and pedicure. Along with a friend of mine who had the same services with Jordan. Both girls were absolutely wonderful, extremely professional and did an amazing job. However we were spoken to very rudely by the woman working the front desk. Her name was Lisa. I have been fully vaccinated for COVID-19 but was forced to wear a mask the entire time. Even though the state does not require that I wear one. She then proceeded to walk around with another clients baby. Lisa was not wearing her mask several times while we were there! But for some reason we still had to. She continued to check on the job Morgan and Jordan were doing. Both of these girls were absolutely amazing and professional. But Lisa continued to be rude and interrupting our experience. If I could give Lisa a rating it would definitely be a big zero!

I have been trying for months to get into the massage therapy program here. Ive been incredibly patient with staff not returning my calls, switching the school schedule, and canceling appointments for me to come in to review paperwork. They finally called me on Friday when the class started the following Monday to start classes and told me they were not starting suddenly due to their instructors suddenly quitting. I have called and left countless voicemails to Karen requesting more information about when the class would start without any returned calls. I finally called another school and found out through them they were transferring their students there. The communication is a joke and so is Karen

I had come here for something different, with that being said, Tanya Iafrate killed it with making my hair look so pretty and on point!!! She was super nice and explained the whole way through the process of everything that needed to be done and what was being done!! Thank you so much!!!

The place from my knowledge is average, as far as the schooling aspect goes. They could improve on their instructors couple are good and the rest need improvement or replacement. The students should be their #1 priority then the clients. They young women are potentially going out into the world trying to make a living and the school should give them their absolute best interest day in and day out.If you are going to get a service youll find a student that is good at what style your trying to achieve, you might have to go a few times to find that student but there is always stars attending bayshire through the years...I recommend Kennedy she is going to be great.

If you plan to be a student here, expect to be treated with zero respect. They dont treat the customers much better either. You will see very few return clients because of this and the ones that do return do so only because they have been coming in for years, so if you think you will get experience working with clients, think again. Your mannequin will be your best friend.The only thing that you will learn is what you can figure out on your own during your own time watching videos and reading books, but like I said, it has to be done on your own time because it is not allowed in class unless it is your textbook.I really thought I would enjoy being a student here but they sucked all the fun out of it very quickly. I wish I would have gone somewhere else.

Amazing deal on massages! I mean, its not spa treatment so just know youre walking into a classroom before being taken to your own room. Depending on which room you may be able to hear a bit of talking from the main area (not complaining but good to know if youre looking for tranquility). You wont find a better deal and all the students have been wonderful that Ive dealt with!

Had a pedicure and manicure done. The student was very sweet and professional. The facility was very dirty and looked like it had not been cleaned for quite some time. The charge was 50.00...I thought this was a learning institution, so I was very suprised when it came time to pay. I could have gone to a professional salon and paid that much. Dont think I would go back due to the unclean facility.

I simply walked in off the street a couple years ago. I had enough with the heat and my long hair, so I had some 8 inches chopped off. A signature was required for consent to having so much taken off. The student, Regan, did an excellent job with minimal input from an instructor. Id happily go here again to help students learn how to cut hair. Apparently they have massages available too, but I havent sought that service out yet.

Took my ten-year-old in there to get a simple trim on his long hair. He wanted to be a big boy and go back there with the lady on his own, so I trusted the hairdresser as well as the teachers enough to be able to handle his haircut. When he came up front I could not believe what I seen. It look like he had cut his hair himself. There was three spots with long Runaways as well as parts of his hair that didnt even looked cut at all with strong hard edges in the other spots it really look like the girl didnt even get any teaching on how to cut hair before she got to cut hair on my ten-year-old I paid the $5 and then had the end up taking him to another place to cut hair because I didnt even trust anybody to touch his hair from there after that

I went in to get my kids hair cut and was there 50 minutes before they were closing. They turned me away as they had three girls available saying they close soon and the students were new and needed more time. I had two kids one girl who needed a trim and the second that needed a buzz. I’ve had some great experiences here but this is not the first time they turned me away.

GREAT couples massage at a LOW price. Appts need to be made in advance since it is a massage therapy school. Jon is a great massage therapist, as was his partner that day (Sara?)Had a shellac manicure done on the other side a couple years ago...great service at a low price!! 💆💅😌

A pedicure was $20. They have little tubs for your feet that you can but at Walmart. My girl wouldnt turn on the bubbles because she said it made a mess. Everything was on wheels so I had to literally hold my legs the whole time. My girl didnt even tell me I was done. She walked away and went for a smoke break. The only reason I didnt give one star is because my mom had a wonderful woman do her finger nails and it was only $6.

The students do amazing and if you are interested about then cutting your hair than the teachers will do it
