I was on a budget and needed a chair that had specific requirements, especially since I was going to be sitting in it for hours on end. The manager that day was very helpful and I think it was Nick who brought the chair out to my vehicle in the rain. Ive had the chair for a couple of months now and am still very appreciative of the service I got. She got me in the chair that worked for me at the price I could afford.

Always clean, organized, with friendly staff. Used the fax machine to send 5 documents which normally wouldve costed $20. The staples employees let me slide in the $20 fax charge. Sometimes its the small things that make the difference, thank you.

Im really into crafts of all kinds. I went into staples expecting to find normal boring office supply stock but I found amazing and unique items that sparked my excitement. I did not expect to end up finding markers that I was about to order online. I found a lot of different kinds paper for work and art. The items I get there are always good quality and the bargains and sale items dont look questionable.

Great staff helped me with all my answers and added to the overall appeal of my business cards thank you staples your my go to from now on..

They try to sell you things you dont need. All they care about is the price tag, if its high you buy. Need a new computer for schoolwork? How about the latest gaming computer, complete with a extended 4 year warranty with accidental protection coverage. The end price that they sell electronics at is often over double the MSRP cost of the computer.

I went to Staples today and had a really bad experience. I had been seeing the ads on TV promising the 110% price matching guarantee. So, today I drove an hour and a half to go buy 400 composition notebooks and 180 two pocket folders. When I got there the sign on the notebooks said you could only get the sale price on the first thirty that you bought. I wasnt worried because I knew I could get the sale price on all of them by showing them the Walmart ad for 50 cents. Well, I was wrong. The girl who was checking me out said it was fine, but then some guy from the next register said no. His reasoning was that to get the price match guarantee, it had to be the EXACT same product. Well, the composition notebooks were STAPLES Composition Notebooks, not WALMART Composition Notebooks, even though they look identical. So basically, the price match guarantee is a joke, and I drove and hour and a half each way and only spent $19.50 instead of the almost $300.00 I was planning on spending.

Found what I needed. Great help from employee.
