She conspired with the mother to testify in court to declare my son Incompetent her evaluation was reviewed by experts to be severely flawed and the case was withdrawn due to issue of fraud in the case. Kelly Horner nearly destroyed my sons life and she is extremely dangerous bias agenda . this could be a trend to possibly modify evaluations so Medicaid could cover benefits for kids in the school. The state attorney general or district attorney should investigate all of her evaluations of other special needs children. .In this picture MS Horner is to the left dressed in black

Beautiful big school. Looks like the ones on TV. Huge track and soccer field that other schools would be jealous of. Nice tennis courts. Great school for sports. Teachers are great. They actually teach. Area is safe. Of course the problem is a few bad apple students in the school that bring it down. School is mostly spanish and african American some Asian and white.

New York courts dont lie , when you have a School psychologist conspiring with a parent to declare a student defective there is a extremely dangerous situation that is going on with the administration at this school ,,,this review has complete merit and we have court documents to back it up 100% the fact is Karen Horner cannot be trusted , parents beware of the psychologist

Beware of the school Psychologistgave my teenager a evaluation and stated my child was a low scoring student,possible conspiracy to defraud i cannot prove it but hopefully other parent will read this a take there kids to a outside evaluatori took my child to 2 separate highly reputable Psychologist outside of the school and the evaluation testing conclusion was totally different, Parents must be aware the school Psychologist could be very Bias and will go against you , always use a outside evaluate.maybe medicaid fraud to get the money for services
