If I could choose NO star I would. These people are disgusting, very angry and rude people. All you get is attitude. All they do is scream and yell. They DO NOT know how to run a business let alone treat their employees.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE in bus industry. RUDE is their theme! Not only are they rude, they quote something else and then they charge something else. They promise that things will get done and they are not. They promise they will get it done by certain date - and they dont. Lazy family ran business.

Called the day they posted about 100 used mini buses going from $1000-$2000. I’m attempting to start a free pet grooming school to teach people coming out of bad situations a new skill to put them on there feet.Said to ask for Nestor call EVERYDAY no return call. Today had my husband called secretary put him through Nestor came on the phone very rudely asked what it was in reference too he told him about me calling. Then said we have nothing at that price.Why post then?Were you trying to just get people to your place and sell them a more expensive for a one.Or is it that I’m a woman and heard a rumor this is what happens there: (few other groomer friends had the same issue)This should be looked into

Wrong place

I brought a truckload for this company. I was never told they need driver assistance, Never been told I need to bring a pallet Jack. So then they dragged the load with chains. I didnt say anything. And they didnt even tell me that they dont have docks.Darlene refused to sign the paperwork, yelled at me, threatened to call 911. Then called her workers to throw me out of the property. She had a really bad attitude. I dont recommend for anybody to bring a load here. If I could I would vote negative stars. Over all I had a really bad experience. Hopefully what has happened to me wont happen to you.

Working at Nesco has been a great experience for me I learned so much. Great staff and co-workers and the Boss Mr. Nestor I call him the bus professor always willing to help and explain anything you didnt understand. Big thanks to everybody that work there.
