The dryers are new and they don’t dry anything in one cycle ,everything is always wet and you need to do it twice ... I’m pretty sure it’s a pawn to get more money from you, never coming here again

Got a person on the phone 1 time and as soon as I asked a question (regarding how to pay) the woman working around 9p hung up on me without a response. Could not get an answer after calling back several times. Very disrespectful and if this is how they treat you over the phone, its not a good reflection of in person service.

The Girls here that do laundry service are the best! And I say this with the utmost respect. It may be a small laundromat but the machine are great and the service is great.

One of the cleaner and more affordable laundromats. Staff is pleasant. New ownership, however, slowly increasing prices and never turns on the heat or AC. Very hard to be comfortable in the building. Their staff is always sweating or bundled up. Little regard for the comfort of the clientele or employees.

Free drying is back. Thats wonderful. You get anywhere from 20 minutes to 80 minutes depending on which size washer you use. Its 25 cents extra per 15 minutes if you need more time. Thats a great deal. The wash prices are great . The owners are very nice And the workers are very friendly. Great place to do laundry.

Coming here for past 3 years. Cleanest laundromat in the neighborhood. Best prices in town. Spacious. Free WiFi & coffee. Great drop off service. Great new staff. New service of dry cleaning available. Great owners. Overall great environment.

This is my second time going there .good place to wash clothes so far. Price is reasonable. Dryer price is great.Place is kept clean.

I have been going to this location for over 8+ years, never had a problem. Ever since the new owners took over, the phenomenal workers that were there before were replaced with rude/clueless ones. There is no longer free drying. The front of the building states that the washing prices are lower, but theyre literally the same. This place use to always be so full and now it is empty all the time - I wonder why smh, never coming back here again!!!! DO NOT BOTHER COMING HERE, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

NO AC AT ALL !!!!!!!I COME TO DO LAUNDRY AT NIGHT AROUND 11PMAND IS SOO FREALING HOOTTTTICANT BELIEVE THE OWNER DOESNT TURN ON THE AC , THEY HAVE THE DOORS OPEN BUT THAT DONT MAKE NO DIFFERENCE ELDERLY PEOPLE CANNOT STAND THIS HUMIDITY AND HEAT !!!!AND TO TOP IT OFF THEIR MACHINES STEAL YOUR MONEY I PUT EXTRA 50 CENTS FOR MORE WASHING TIME AND I TIMED IT AND IT WA SHORT 9 MINS WHAT THE HELL IS THAT ???!!!!!

Today, 5/20, counted 20 dryers out of service. Use to be free and all use to work fine. Now that we are subjected to pay for drying we are limited from lack of working dryers.

Been coming here for a few years and the management was fine, workers were very friendly. But these new workers seem to have a different attitude. One female worker yelled you have to put the coins in slowly! From another table as one of my coins got stuck. She then proceeded to come to my washer to get my coin and repeat herself, never in a nice tone. Multiple dryers are always out of service, and youre told to check them yourself to see if they get warm or not. Waste of time, lost my business.

Not sure why anyone would lie about this (now) horrible establishment. I’ve been coming here for roughly 10 years and i’ve never seen such poor management and loss of control in this laundromat. They replaced the old workers with new workers who are clueless... you have lost my business. I do not recommend this laundromat to ANY ONE. There are better places to wash your clothing. Do not let the “free coffee” fool you, these machines are overpriced (due to new management). It seems as though all the changes began from one weekend to another. Shame on the original owners for allowing these chumps to ruin this establishment.

Nope!!! Save your money and try to go to the one at Brentwood! Like We literally had to go to this one because it is 24hrs. It is crowded as usual. Dont believe the Free drying because really- You have to find an attendant every time you want your dryer restarted and if it is crowded they limit that to 30min so more than likely you will be leaving with Wet clothes. no major seating area. At least have some seats out side or a Back patio. We had to sit next to the dam vending machine Large loaders cost 7:50 they are a dollar less down the street. Pros: big, and 24hrsCons: I dont want to have to find somebody every time I need to dry my clothes without Banging some kid upside the head because ....No body in here is watching the kids. I mean I almost hit a little girl who was smaller than the cart. 😡😡 Whhyyy??? Weigh your options before coming here. This is a honest review! Im sure these other review are lies! Soon as you walk in you see 30min drying STRINGS ARE ATTACHED
