The course was a great experience. All the chapters were explained thoroughly. The study tips given throughout the course were very helpful. I passed the state exam on the first shot! Good investment for yourself and your future.

Provident Legacy School gave me the opportunity to pursue my goal of getting my real estate license with their online classes. Provident Legacy School was very convenient due to their online class. I was able to put in the time and hours whenever it was convenient to me. I loved the videos that were included because it gave you a review of each chapter in layman’s terms which helped when certain concepts weren’t quite understood in the book. The quizzes were also very helpful. Overall I highly recommend this school!

I love the ability I had to access the school fully online. This allowed me to access the class at any time of the day at my own pace. If I wanted to complete 10 hours on a Monday, I could. If I wanted to complete 3 hours on a Saturday, I could. Having a good professor teach the material in a way that sticks is hard to find. Issa kept the chapters exciting!

Excellent 75 hour course. The self-paced online lessons were broken down into bite sized video portions, followed by longer reading sessions and then a quick quiz to confirm content knowledge. The lack of face-to-face interaction in a classroom setting wasnt too problematic with the ease of making a simple phone or sending an email for some additional help. The price was fair and the lessons were effective, so I highly recommend Provident Legacy School for anyone planning to complete their 75 hour salesperson course.

This school is the real deal ! I took the real estate salesperson class a year ago, although I took almost a year to take the state test I STILL passed and I owe it all to Provident Legacy school. Issa and his staff teach you exactly what you need to know (what’s on the test) in order to pass! If you choose Provident you won’t regret it.

I signed up for the online Real Estate Salesperson course on Friday, May 15th, 2020. I reached out to the school and they were able to answer all of my questions and concerns prior to enrolling. Once enrolled, I received the textbook same day and was able to start studying immediately. I started the on-line course on Sunday, May 17th, 2020. Each section/chapter had a recap video with Issa which helped to explain the explain clearly and touch certain topics which are important to know. This was the best part as it reenforced the reading for me and helped reiterate the importance of the chapter. Overall great experience.

My very first day attending the school my expectations was exceeded. I thought Maybe I was going to attend the class and study from a book and be taught by a teacher who can careless if we fail or pass, but not with Provident Legacy School. We was warmly welcomed by Issa the Director of the school who introduced himself . He had such a positive energy that he rubbed on all the students. He wasn’t just into having a Sold out class but actually getting familiar with the faces in his class to ease everyone on the first day and seeing if he can meet anyone’s need if they struggled. If something was lacking Issa would do his best to fix it immediately to make it right. He truly believed in everyone in his class to learn and pass, he would check in on the classroom to make sure everyone is onboard and understanding the material.Although Issa wasn’t our teacher, we did have an excellent instructor named John. John has a massive amount of knowledge in Real Estate. He would teach and explain different scenarios for the class to follow up on some chapters and overall his approach he had on teaching was amazing. He also believed in all the students we would never get the vibe we was bothering him asking to many questions if we didn’t understand something or behind. I passed the school test my first try and I’m honored because he was my teacher and left confident I would pass the state exam after I left the school.Overall the school was a warm calm and welcoming intimate environment.
