I do not have the right words to describe how amazing Ms. Tammy is (the director.) This woman makes being a working mom just plain easy!!! Ms. Tammy is a wonderful person in and out and because of her I have no regret choosing KinderCare Baytown as a safe net for my kids because I know she is fantastic at what she does and how effortlessly she does it. Ms. Tammy, you are AMAZING!! Thank you to all the staff at Baytown KinderCare! God bless every one of you! If you are looking for the perfect daycare/learning center for your child, this is IT! I’m so pleased to have chosen KinderCare for my son. The staff are amazing. I believe they all possess such genuine spirits. They are very understanding, patient and have always communicated so well with my husband and I, especially Ms Tammy and Ms Jessica which we’ve had the most contact with. My son is always excited to be dropped off and with the daily updates I know he’s in good hands in my absence.

My experience with KinderCare has been phenomenal!!! The director Mrs. Tammy is awesome, and always there to answer any questions or concerns. My child has been at this center for just a couple of weeks and has blossomed so much. They always have fun activities and hands on learning for the children. If anyone is looking for a daycare, this is the go to place!!!

We absolutely love KINDERCARE. The teachers and staff are beyond helpful. Im so grateful that they are patient as well best of all the communications. Enrolled my child in this daycare, and I couldn’t have made a better decision. KinderCare is an awesome facility, and Mrs. Tammy and Mrs. Jessica are a true blessing. The teachers are professional and have hearts of gold. They also go above and beyond to keep the facility clean and safe due to the ongoing pandemic. I have a peace of mind leaving my little one in the hands of these wonderful people.

I have had the best experience with KinderCare, the teachers are great and the Director is involved with the children. My daughter is a diagnosed Autistic child and she loves going to daycare! Would recommend this facility! Thank you KinderCare for such great care of my child. :)

I personally love this daycare for my kids! The directors Tammy & Jessica are my fav❤️ My kids love going everyday and enjoying the activities they do! Seeing photos of my kids everyday on the portal is awesome! I get to see what they do and the project they do as well🤗

My 5 children attend this daycare, ages 9-1, and I absolutely love it! I enjoy the prompt updates and especially the pictures loaded onto their app of my children daily. The director Tammy is absolutely amazing. She is very involved and interactive with the parents. She keeps us updated on everything going on in the daycare. She is very easy to get ahold of and takes care of business. The staff is amazing as well, feels more like family than just dropping my kids off to anyone. Since COVID has happened, the daycare has taken the correct steps for health and safety. Everyone is masked up and takes this seriously. Their number one concern are the children. Ive been with this daycare for almost 2 years now and no complaints! I would very much recommend this daycare to anyone looking.

I am so thankful for these wonderful ladies taking care of my baby. The hardest thing for a mom is to leave her infant behind but I know he is always in great hands with Kindercare.

I switched from a previous daycare we absolutely loved to Kindercare when we moved and overall they are an OK facility. A few staff members are rude and the communication is horrible but the director Tammy handles all complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner. My daughter was on a higher level educational program due to her previous provider where as here the curriculum seems standard she already knew what they were teaching when she arrived and was just a recap for her. Covid has been present at this location (like I am sure many facilities over the past year) they follow CDC guidelines and cleaning procedures as they should but do expect unexpected closures last minute so have alternative care on stand by.

My son loves going to school here. He loves his teachers! Definitely a great place to bring your children. Everyone is so kind and professional.

My son has been going to Kindercare for a few months now. He loves it. It is refreshing to know your baby is in an environment with loving people. I love the updates that I get daily, the videos and pictures. If something does happen I receive a courtesy call and I appreciate it. Mrs Tammy and her crew are very hands on and thoughtful employees. Safety is the #1 priority and for me being a safety professional this is awesome. COVID-19 is an uncertainty these days, yet the staff at Kindercare Baytown assure all measures are taken to keep the little ones and the staff safe. For that I would send everyone I know to them and Im blessed to have moved to this area and found this loving home for my son to flourish and grow. Thank you Tammy for being a terrific leader ❤ for your staff and taken all the measures to assure parents that their little ones are in good hands while in your care.

*****I am not an employee of Kindercare, I am a parent of a 4 yr old and 2 yr old, this is my honest opinion of the facility******Okay so first of all let me start this review off with a HUGE THANK YOU, to the staff at Kindercare (Baytown). Yall are Heaven sent and I am blessed to have found you guys!!! (:I have 2 toddlers and they are very bashful and quiet children, they tend not to take to people (family included) BUT when I tell yall that they LOVE their school (as they like to call it, lol) and teachers. Mrs. Tammy, Ms. Zuri, and Ms. Jessica are all amazing women that take care of my children like they are their own and I love it. This center is amazing for not only your children, it is also great if you are a parent like me that worries about their children 25/8. They will keep you updated with pictures/videos all day long, and also keep a log of what your child is eating, how much they ate, if they took a nap, and for how long, if they used the potty/had a diaper change, and if it was a number 1 or 2.My children are growing and learning more & more each day, and it is all thanks to the ladies that I mentioned previously. I love you guys tremendously, THANK YOU AGAIN!!! (:

Tammy the Center Director has turned this daycare around 100%! She has brought in Trained Teachers and staff who are patient and wonderful to my 3 kids. Jessica her assistant is always available to answer any of my questions and concerns.

Baytown KinderCare is awesome, The staff are very professional and kind alway! Ms.Tammy is a wonder Director very sweet Lady . Always speak to parents and students in a nice manner. My Boy’s Teacher are nice as well .. They alway keep me updated about my boys. This facility is very clean and organized. I absolutely love how KinderCare App updates you on your child during the day .. Rather if it’s the cute picture of what they did today in class or even if it’s a friendly reminder that your child supplies need to be refilled. ..It’s very Helpful..

Love, love, love! Tammy, the director has done an awesome job with the center. The 3 year old classroom teacher, Amber, is very interactive with the children and keeps them learning. Job well done!

Everyone was nice and welcoming! Mrs Beth was welcoming and made me feel so good about daycare. Mrs Natasha was also loving and caring to the children in the daycare; I looked in on her caring for the children and she really has a heart for the children. The facility was clean and smelt good, and everything was explained thoroughly. I’m a first time mom, and I was impressed with everything and everyone!

Mrs. Beth is an amazing director.. very sweet... my sons been there since October and has excelled so much the teachers are so good and patient with the students. highly recommend.

We enrolled our son in the infant room and thought we were going to have a pleasant experience. Boy were we wrong!!! I walked in at the end of the day to find my son laying there on a boppy pillow by himself with his bottle off to the side screaming his little head off. One teacher was rocking other children and the other scurrying about the room and trying to catch up on daily reports. Not only was my son hungry but he was also half clothed due to an accident earlier. They said they couldnt find his extra clothes but I found them in his cubicle where they belonged. Poor thing must have been crying all day because he was almost lethargic and his face was puffy. I had called several times to check on him though out the day and it was never brought to my attention that he was having a difficult time adjusting. In quite the opposite I was told he is doing great :( Mind you I made it very clear that grandma could be called for the first couple days until he became adjusted. This was the absolute worst experience of my life and feel terrible for trusting this establishment with my small child. They are defiantly not staffed with enough teachers for the little bitty ones!!!!!!

I just love everyone there... GREAT environment for children. My son went there since he was 3 and I enrolled him in the phonics program with Ms. Maricela and now my son is in kindergarten and is in the GT program. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I am so glad we chose KinderCare for daycare services of our children. The new director, Ms. Tammy Whitaker, went above and beyond to ensure my children would feel secure and welcomed during my absence.I called in immediate need of placement due to a myriad of factors, and Ms. Whitaker worked with me, listened to my concerns and addressed my and my children’s needs. This has been a theme for her, always be available, listening and doing everything in her ability to make my children’s experience be the best it can be.As I toured the facility for the first time, the staff was encouraging and kind, suffering my many questions, and thoroughly permitting me to get a feel for the organization, routine, cleanliness and care my children would receive. I have dropped in on them unannounced and have encountered the same feel and orderliness experienced during my tour.I am a very picky mother when it comes to the care of my precious children - as all mothers are. I feel safe with my children at KinderCare, and can’t say enough about Ms. Whitaker’s ability and kindness.

On September 17/18 ,2019 my son was left out side in the rain another parent and near by business saw him out side crying in the rain beside the building this was during the beginning of the tropical storm my husband got a call from his co worker his co worker wife saw him out side as well ..then i got the call from my husband and I speed up there and got my children the director tammy was smiling real big...while i walked in.. i ignored her I was concern about my son out side and wh ok was the teacher ..and why lord why the big fat black teacher had a additude and was like heres his stuff I walked out with tears my son was nacked wet with a kindercare t shirt on..looking a wet mess eyes red from him crying who knows how long he was out there some one could have easily took him and he would have been gone for ever ..I told the director why didnt she call me she but miss I was on the phone with liceanceing about what happened..like really i should have called me before any damn bodyPpl please look thew the fake and the real

When I went back to work my daughter was 5 months old and began going to Kindercare. My experience with kindercare has been good. The teachers in my daughters class are amazing and they truly love her. When she is dropped off and picked up, she is always greeted by the teachers and office workers.When I first started bringing my daughter to Kindercare they were in the process of getting a new director. For some reason the director position had a lot of ups and downs. I really didnt notice the purpose of a center directors job. My daughters class had great teachers and that was most important to me. Then kindercare hired Tammy as the center director which was amazing and I finally see the importance of a center director. I didnt realize until Tammy was director that she was the first director who wrote a letter to the families introducing herself. I didnt even notice until Tammy was director that the center had changed directors 3 times. Now that Tammy is director I couldnt imagine Kindercare without her.Kindercare has always been good, but under the direction of Tammy its exceptional. She is a fantastic leader and is always working to make Kindercare better. She strives to have quality teachers in the classrooms and to make the center family style. When I drop my daughter off at Kindercare, I know my daughter is getting the best care and that she will have a great day. My daughter has learned so much going to Kindercare and she is happy. I drop her off and she is happy, I pick her up and she is happy.I feel blessed every day that when I go to work, I am able to drop my daughter off at Kindercare where shes receiving quality care and most importantly is loved.

My child (6 years old) had to deal with bullying from an older child (maybe 10/11 years old) on TWO separate occasions ..... The staff told me that weren’t aware it was happening, I only found out by my child. The staff do not watch the children well enough to me!!! HORRIBLE PLACE ‼️

Not good , the teacher -student ratio is off. Too many kids not enough teachers. Every time I picked my child up. He had a runny nose or dirty diaper. Inattentive , my child hated coming here. Cried everytime , and I never had a problem with him going at the previous location. Hire happier people who want to deal with kids. Just a thought. Very disappointing.

Absolutely amazing place to take your kids! The daily reports are amazing! They write out what meals, naps, and diaper changes (if not potty trained) your child has for the day. Is it a little more expensive? Sure. But if theres something you shouldnt skimp on, wouldnt it be the care of your children? Its a sacrifice, but to me its worth it knowing that the care there is the best my child has received thus far. My child learned so much and made close friends. Id recommend Kindercare to anyone!

I have a 3 year old and a 6 month old.. the 3 year old has learn nothing from this center. I strongly dislike this center! For kindercare to promote education and for me to pay an higher amount for this so called education/ learning center is ridiculous. My son has been there for 6 months - he doesnt even know his teachers name. The teachers are never there when I drop him off or when I pick him up, so I cant ask them face to face how he is doing.The infant class: teachers are great. Expect when I had a run in with the director many times. I requested for my baby son not to be fed rice or food. The director came in the room and felt as if she was attacking my parenting which was not appreciated.There was a case of rashes that went around that room. They sent 3 kids home Friday with a rash. They did not share any of that information. So when I seen a rash on my son, I assumed it was because I changed detergent. Went to drop him off on Monday, they sent me away because they didnt know what rash was, and a few other kids have. If i would of known that stuff was floating around I would of gone to an urgent care prior to Monday.Im so upset that I pay so much money and get treated like I dont matter, and my children arent learning anything from them!! If you are looking for education dont look here.. If you have NCI- go for it! I sure wish I had it so I wouldnt worry about wasting my hard earned money on this place.
