Time of pick up is 8:51. Bus passes at 8:39 EVERY MORNING. Ive called to get the time updated & the only answer is we tell you to gave them outside 10 min before the actual time. The bus is literally passing before the 10 min. We make changes to times will vary. 🙄 Not to mention the reckless driving of the driver that I experienced with my own eyes. Wheres my childs safety taken into place? This bus was literally gone in seconds from my eye sight the most disturbing thing is how far it went in a very short time.

Ive been calling and filing action request related to this bus driver that picks up my son in our neighborhood, and Nothing has been done. Now I call to follow up they have no record of the previous complaints looks like they pick and choose what to report and address.

One of great place to work staff are awesome what we dont know they will help . And support of all types. To work here is a privilege like no other.

Bus service is getting worse and worse everyday my kids are getting late to school more often and no big deal for the drivers.. and not mention they dont go in new sub divisions if they are still under construction, when I called they told me they wont go in because they have to ensure the safety of the buses!! but they can care lees of the SAFETY OF OUR KIDS MAKING THEM WALK A MILE OR SO TO BE ABLE TO GO TO SCHOOL smh, and to top it of they have to be at the bus stop longer waiting on the drivers sometime under extreme weather conditions I wonder when Goose Creek ISD Is going to do something about this situationupdate:this unbelievable my daughter is been at the bus stop for 45 minutes and Im on the phone with Ruben Garcia and he still doesnt even know when is the driver going to arrive so now my daughter have to stand there for God knows how much longer I wouldnt have been a big deal if I wasnt stuck at work and can go anywhere right now :(
