Technician fixed our problem very quickly and satisfactorily. We will definitely call them for our electronic problems.

Tried to get in touch with them to ensure my appointment was good and to discuss with them the particulars, but was only able to leave a voice mail asking them to return call and then had to leave to make my appointment as it was 1.5 hours away. Did not hear from them at all during the drive and arrived only to find I would have to leave my computer which was unacceptable. Had I been able to either speak to them or have them return my voice mail, I would not have bothered with the trip. Total waste of my time and gas. After leaving they had the nerve to send a message blaming it on just now received your voice mail...right. BS, but IF true, they need new phone service.Unprofessional. I would not consider doing business with them. Shop around for better service.

Highly recommended. Excellent service and professionalism. Needed an Apple certified shop to fix my computer under warranty but could not afford to be without my computer for 5 days or more, as quoted by the GeniusBar. L2 confirmed the diagnoses over the phone, order the part, then I came in for repair. Drop off to pick up in 5 hours.

L2 Technologies always did a superb job of repairing & upgrading my old MacBook Pro. I just purchased my new MacBook Pro with 1 TB of storage space from them! They did a great set-up, recommended what turned out to be indispensable expansion ports, and ported all of the contents from my old computer. They also saved me hours of work with a simple change of users so that I could give my old computer to my daughter. Although I now live on Hilton Head and could go to Savannah for service, I prefer going to L2 Technologies in Beaufort since you always get quick, personalized, quality service. I highly recommend L2 Technologies!

Went in to get my laptop fixed, they were extremely helpful and friendly.

Theyve worked on three different Macs for us, in four different visits. The first visit was great, but the second trip prompted the third and finally the fourth before we had enough. Service times are very slow and I have more unreturned phone calls than I can remember. They forgot to load programs, didnt fix the root problem, and have never a agreed return date. I will not return and will drive to Bluffton, since I stand a better chance of saving time and frustration driving the extra distance. I would not recommend.

Took my MacBook Air there after I visited the Apple Store in Charleston. They were able to fix my major problem in less than 24 hours at a significantly lower price than what the Apple Store quoted. I definitely would use them again.

I needed my iPod fixed and the issue was such a simple fix for L2 Technologies. The great part was they explained the way to fix the issue myself. I learned alot from our talk and they didnt think the easy fix was even worth charging a fee. I paid what I thought it should cost. They didnt try to cheat me, also if the same issue happens again I know how to fix it thanks to them. And now Im back to enjoying my IPod.
