If only I could give them NO stars! They are the WORST bus company EVER! Dont even bother calling to file a complaint when the bus driver decides they cant be bothered to do their job. Theyll just send you to a voicemail and then never call you back. I guess all of us parents should chip in and buy the driver a watch for Christmas, because she is never on time. I had to take my son and a neighbor to school the first day, because the bus driver was over an hour late. The drivers are absolutely clueless. The school had his bus scheduled for 6:36 am and the bus driver told them to be there 10 minutes early. What time does she show up? 6:15. Apparently, telling time is not her strong suit. Just go check out their Facebook page and you will notice that they are very quick to erase any negative comments and they dont allow posts to their page. That should be the first sign that they are horrible!

The drivers were nice, dedicated to their work and held the safety of the children at their most top priority

Bus never showed up in the am... and when i inquired about it with the school they said they had no idea why....took off early at work to pick them up at school and tried to get things figured out and was handed the bus schedule and bus # and told to try again tomorrow..... really.......

I have watched kids get on the bus to be put back off and parents are told there is not a bus to pick up in our neighborhood now there are 10-12 kids riding the bus that gets them to school late leaves them on a busy highway no bus but yet its November and the bus schedule isnt worked out on top of the driver who was arrested for abusing a child on video my first question who is in charge and what are they doing its not protecting our kids or even getting them to school on time someone is not doing their job its obvious someone needs to look into this or do what Georgia did
