Usually when I go to Staples, I am greeted with friendly faces and great service. Heck, I even own a Staples Rewards card. However, when I went there yesterday I was not only accused of stealing, even though I clearly had money, but followed around as if I was some common criminal. I did pay for what I came for (Usually pay by card but had to use cash because the card machine was down) and left. But after this experience, might be taking my 🚌 elsewhere. 😐😐😠😠

Very disappointed in the service I received from your company on today. When I arrived my order wasnt ready for pick up.. I had to wait 2 hours before the issue was somewhat resolved. The staff didnt really want to assist or accommodate me. Asked for a manager. I truly feel like I should be compensated for at least half of my purchase because what I ended up with is not what I initially ordered or ask for I can send pictures video of what I actually got versus what I actually ordered and this is just very disappointing..

I make at least one trip/week for office supplies & love it!I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with both Brittany and the Print Shop Manager during the past few visits, and they are always a pleasure. They are very knowledgeable and super helpful assisting me with various projects. I always have a great experience.Today, I was looking at a printer that’s on sale), and I was approached by Gabe. Typically I like to be left alone while shopping. However, I was really glad that Gabe helped today bc I had a lot of questions regarding the best choice for my needs. I left with a Brother printer and great warranty today, and I couldn’t be more pleased.If you’re like me and love office supplies, I highly recommend this team of professionals. I really enjoy shopping there, and I’m looking forward to my weekly run next week. Great job everyone!

Staples you did it this time and you got a 5 star rating ! I had the pleasure of having Brittany help me out on some paperwork/ copies I needed. She went above and beyond to assist me and made sure my needs were met. She was polite and very professional!! Staples she’s a keeper!! I also had the pleasure in an actual Manager, I believe his name was Shawn, I was viewing the sanitation isle and he came up and asked me if I was finding everything I needed. Our conversation was pleasant and the isles were cleaned and very well stocked!! I had a great visit!! Thank you Brittany and Shawn and I will definitely visit the store more often!!!

Bought a PC 16 days ago from this staples store, the woman who sold it to me was named Gabe. The PC would not turn on and when I took it back to staples they told me tough luck not our problem.... Buy from Amazon its cheaper and if you have a problem they will help you

She helped me, step by step, with an idea for a banner and spent a lot of time guiding me through the process. Helpful, professional and knowledgeable! Staples is very lucky to have her!

I came in to get copies made and had to wait 25 minutes before anyone would even come over to help me and when I received help the lady was snarky

Made an online print order and when it came time to pick it up- my print was the wrong size. I only noticed this after I got home, but a quick call back to Staples and Leanne was able to find the problem and re-print my order within the next hour. She even offered to refund me for the inconvenience, but I was just thrilled they were able to fix the issue so quickly and I didnt have to make more than one trip.Very impressed by Leanne and her service to me.

Its a bit of a dated location, but its got just about everything youd need for either a home office or your work office. Dont expect more than that and you wont be disappointed. Theyre not very friendly either and seriously lacking in customer service. Also, almost everything here can be found cheaper online. This is a great place if you like convenience.

Ive always had a great experience going to this store. Its hardly ever packed! Great customer service and the store is always stocked and clean.

My plans were copied as requested with courtesy and speed. I did have to point out some bad streaking and request that the machine be cleaned. After that was done, again with courtesy, my prints were fine the atmosphere was clean and professional

They ladies were very helpful from the time I walked in until I left. They helped me bring my creation from paper to reality. My invitations look amazing.

Asked if I needed help. Opened a second line when they saw the line getting long. In, out, quick, no problems.

If I could give a zero I would. I needed them to bind 12 pages and I got the response we are to busy after watch 3 customers get help before me. It literally was a 30 second job with the machine but I was told it would take 3 1/2 hours or the next day. OMG managers get behind the machines to help with a 30 second job or train someone who is willing to do something other then ring someone up.

I frequent the print shop at Staples. I do not have a home printer and frequently need to print off invoices to ship at the UPS kiosk at this Staples location. Im always prepared with my document ID from Printme. The staff in the print department is always super helpful. In fact, everyone in the store has been helpful- even a guy there helped me last week with an issue I was having (trying to get music on my phone for exercising). Yesterday, I went to the Print shop and printed 3 pages, not realizing that I had lost my wallet. I searched in my car and could only come up with 22 cents and no wallet. I owed them like 10 cents, which isnt much, but underr the circumstances, felt like a lot. I never like oweing anyone money, not even a dime. The girl at the Print Shop was really cool about it and genuinely said she hoped I found my wallet. I just think this store is great and i go in there about 3 or 4 times a week now. I also notice that people from other departments always come over to help when lines get long. Very good.

Despite what others say, I have always found the employees helpful and courteous. A good place to shop in!

This location is horrible. Ive tried to find a place to contact Staples directly to let them know so that something can be done, but I cant find that on their corporate website. They couldnt open my pdfs that I sent online, so I had to go in person and stand there and give instructions. I printed over a hundred pages, over half of which were 3 hole punched on the wrong side. A few weeks later I had to print a few more documents and the back side was printed upside down. I tried to have my phone battery replaced and after waiting in line for too long they told me they only had one - and upon opening it it had already been used. Time and again my experiences are bad. Ill drive an extra 45 minutes to find somewhere else to print from now on.

Ask for the business owners special , great bundle with pens , paper, and office supplies and all you have to do is buy a snack up at the front and casually mention to the cashier that its the business owners special your looking for.

Recently purchased a wonderful nEw laptop from Staples on Robert Smalls pkway in Beaufort. THe price was right and my sales folks were very pleasant. ONce home I encountered some tasks that were now left tomato resolve ( which I wish theyd shared with. Me at the time of purchase.) I contacted Staples and was asked to carry In my printer and laptop--ugh that was a bear. BUt what transpired then was awesome. the tech clerk wAs busy so the General. Manager came to my aid. WHat a delight for the Staples Store!!! NOt only did he resolve my computer issue but he taught me a few shortcuts and was so very pleasant during the entire process. I believe that Beaufort is about to see some great things happen in the Staples store--- he exudes professionalism and I believe we will all see his manner convey to his sales staff!IF you walked away from Staples in the past--- it may be time to Return----

Went to fax some items and was flabbergasted at the final tally of 44 dollars for 18 pages.No signage for cost per page and it turned out to be a Dollar more a page than FedEx.I will never step foot ina Staples again.

Prices are competitive, excellent place to find office and school supplies. Look for the back to school sales!

My friend went to staples on 8/25/15 and had the most horrible experience. no employee help her out (five employees there) and didnt even care to ask her if she needed help. she was there for 45 minutes. THAT IS JUST RIDICULOUS AND WRONG! What happened to customer service despite what nationality the person may be.

I would give this store 0 stars if I could. I placed an online order to picked up in an hour. When I went to the store to pick up they took an hour and a half to tell me that they had lost my order. They wanted me to pay again. Horrible customer service!

Staple has just about anything you are looking and need. The personal is 50/50. Some will go out of their way to do anything to help you. Where the others act as if they are insulted when asked for help.

No point in being polite, the employees obviously dont enjoy working there.
