Needed a small pad and some grass to finish around patio area. He started out strong, he’s very friendly too. But he never finished with squares of grass. I still haven’t paid for the grass he laid but didn’t finish. Now a month after not hearing from him he wants to finish job. Seemed like once I paid the big amount for the cement he lost motivation. Disappointed but seems like a common theme with contractors.
