Ive trained the art off n on for awhile and I was pleased with my overall experience here. Very informative classes, respectful training partners, and of course a great workout. I look forward to continue learning more and training.

Been training here for a little over a year - hands down, one of the best decisions Ive made for myself. All of the instructors are super awesome and very personable. They genuinely care about each students progress, and to me, that goes a long way. The kid instructors are awesome, too. Each time I come in for the adult class, I usually catch the tail end of the kids program and they always look like theyre having a blast. Overall, great atmosphere with tons of mutual respect. I always recommend TPC, any chance I get.

I moved to Beaumont in 2010 as an average blue belt. Jason Ebarb and the students at TPC pushed me to becoming a Nogi World Champion by 2011. Always grateful for the lessons this school taught me and for the direction Jason pointed me in.

My 11 year old son has been training here for well over a year and a half and its been a pleasure! His coaches genuinely care about him as a kid and also his development in jui-jutsu. He has trained at another jiu-jutsu class without anywhere near the results or commitment to him. These guys know what theyre doing, and they make it really fun for the kids too! This is the place to go!

A great group of people! Ive been training here almost 6 years now, and have met some of the best people. If youre a serious competitor, or a hobbyist, like myself, there is a place for you here. TPC is a family for me. Everyone is very supportive, especially when youre having a bad day on the mats. Truly a WORLD CLASS level BJJ school tucked away in Beaumont. Promotions are truly earned at TPC and thats one of the many why I continue to train there. I cant see myself training at any other school. Ive been training here for 8 months now and cant say enough about this place. Everyone here is extremely professional and the level of instruction is second to none. I have made some great friends while training here and its exciting to see how much they have grown since I started. I never knew what it felt like to truly belong to a group until I started training here. I have been training here for a couple of years. I have grown on and off the mats because of everyone, including the instructors here. I highly recommend this place and especially for women. As a woman myself, I have gained confidence to be able to handle my own in public atmospheres. I love this place and all the people here. They are truly my second family. I showed up to TPC knowing NOTHING about BJJ (or martial arts in general). As soon as I walked in the door, I felt welcome and my nerves were eased by the friendly and professional staff and other TPC students. Class instruction was appropriate for every level of student, and I received excellent one-on-one instruction to get me off the ground. The other students were also exceptionally helpful to build my confidence and comfort. The atmosphere at TPC is a perfect combination of friendly and tough. I learned that the best way to respect myself and my sparring partner was to push myself mentally and physically until I felt I had given the practice my complete attention and energy - and the instructors were very helpful in challenging me when I needed to step outside of my comfort zone. TPC has inspired me to continue my BJJ training after my move - but now my standards for a BJJ gym are going to be hard to meet!

I have nothing but great things to say about TPC. I started in 2013 looking for something different to try coming from triathlons and bike racing. I was immediately hooked once I tried it. I love the family atmosphere, the great cardio workout as well as the confidence boost it gives you learning some practical knowledge. I would highly recommend getting involved in the sport and specifically training at TPC. I would also recommend it to parents for their kids to get involved in. When my daughter is old enough she will be enrolled in their kids program.

I hesitated way too long to join. This gym is very welcoming to any newcomer. Everyone is friendly and wants to help. It’s a great way to get in shape, make friends, gain confidence, and beat up bad guys. You’ll find people with all different backgrounds, income levels, race, & age in this gym. I walked into Texas Punishment Crew a year ago and didn’t know what to expect. With a name like Texas Punishment Crew I could only assume I would be greeted by tough Texans anxiously waiting to greet the fresh meat with a barrage of arm bars. But that wasn’t the case. They paired me up with partners who had been training for awhile to show me the ropes and make sure I didn’t get injured. The instructors are extremely professional and truly care about each students well being, even outside of the gym. I have trained Brazilian Jui Jitsu at several other places, but none compare to Texas Punishment Crew. I am glad I walked in their doors a year ago, and met people who will be life long friends.

Everyone here is Very friendly and knowledge. I would highly recommend anyone who does Jiu-Jitsu or wanting to start to go here. You will not be disappointed!!!

As someone without any prior martial arts experience, I always felt like this was a place I truly belong. I travel for work a lot, so I’m always looking for places to train when I travel. My professor and one of my purple belt coaches (from my home school) are always giving me recommendations. They both spoke highly of Texas Punishment Crew (TPC). So I showed up and was immediately welcomed when I walked in. I sighed a waver, got dressed and they welcomed me into their class like I had been training with them for years. I’m a white belt, so I was out gunned in class. However, not once did anyone make me feel inferior or not welcomed.The mats were top quality, plenty of room to train. I think we had 12 guys in our class. Looked like they had closer to 20 in the No Gi class.I’m so greatful for their hospitality and I can’t wait to go back when I’m in town again. If you’re looking to defend yourself, just get in shape or maybe you just want to try something new...TPC is a great place to start. Stop in and check them out.

TPC has changed my life for the better. It’s an amazing jiu jitsu program where I’ve been able to grow and learn the sport of jiu jitsu. Ive been at TPC for 3 years now and I wouldnt want to train anywhere else. The students are all very helpful and there are no egos. The instructors are great and and the kids program is amazing. Would definitely recommend trying TPC to anyone interested in bjj/mma.

Worst bjj environment out there dont waste your time. Find another school! The moral compass of the head instructor is not one that you should follow. My family and I trained everyday for 2 years and we found out too late.
