Love dollar tree. Great finds. However, I have to give 3 stars as opposed to the 4 stars I wanted to give because the lines are ALWAYS horribly long and the store is rarely clean

Not much merchandise on shelves, only 1 cashier. Atmosphere not the same, all the girls that have been there, are now gone! Including the manager! Relocated.

Was really nice first time ever at this particular one. Lots to choose from and they were still stocking shelves. All Dollar Trees are not the same they sometimes have different items. Todays haul was for my dogs. Lots and lots of treats.

Other than the items in the store being in a bit of disarray, the employees were very nice and helpful.

Very nice great cashier.

The employees at this store are horrible. We called ahead looking for two cases of glassware. The lady on the phone said that they had 117 in stock. When we got there I spoke with an employee and she said I would have to get them off the shelf. I informed her that the shelf did not have any of the glasses I wanted. She went to the back to look for the glasses for me. Next thing I know after roaming the store for 20 minutes waiting she was in the office. She stayed there for 30 minutes while my wife and I waited. We could hear them laughing and talking. Will not be returning to this store at the Oaks.

This may be the lastdollar store around here where everything is still a dollar. Their 60 watt LED replacement bulbs arent dimmable but a great deal for any you dont need them to dim. They have quite a few good deals if you spend a little time to find them.

The cashier was very nice , she could tell you where anything in the store was(what aisle). The store was a disaster though. Unopened boxes of merch. Piled up by the front door. Pretty sure the manager is in charge of keeping a tidy store....

Friendly staff... but area was quite messy. Unopened boxes, empty shelves, and things all over the floor. It looked like a Black Friday deal had just occurred or an earthquake. Got what I needed but doubt I would go back again... Family Dollar is more organized.

Great staff thats friendly and helpful. 🤔But be careful and watch your budget ... we tend not to calculate the purchase price because everythings a dollar and have the assumption that one more item is not going to hurt but by the time you keep adding those one more items and get to the register with a full basket thats when reality hits 😌😕😒

Visit a new Dollar Tree store today and it was awesome the items that are in there its just out of sight its so big so many things to look at your eyes get where oh my God I just kept buying and buying things and just came up with so many ideas I just have Hobby and Dollar Tree carry so many items great store visit it

Nastiest store I have ever been in. I thought maybe it was just a bad day but have been back a couple more times and it gets worse and worse. Went in again Friday, merchandise all over the aisles on the floor worse than ever. Long lines, 2 cashiers who would rather talk than do their jobs. I left and do not intend to return.

What happen? The store is so messy.

I like it, but sometimes it doesnt always have what Im looking for. However, they are a pretty organized store.

What youd expect for a store selling dollar items. Staff was friendly and helpful, mostly clean but to be fair they were restocking when i visited.

The store was terrible. Shelves were empty very disorganized.. I was so glad to have the store in the neighborhood but now I am ashamed to have it in the neighborhood. If the products are not on the shelves you can not sell it.

Most of the clerks there are kind and courteous.

It can be 5 employees on shift & only ONE register will be open, while the line continues to stretch & the other 4 employees will STILL continue to Stand around & watch as that ONE cashier move like a turtle checking customers out.PLEASE start having MORE than one register open! I noticed there is always the “Hiring “ sign posted, which means the turnover rate is high.Corporate needs to take control.
