Harmony is small enough that teachers are able to get to know their students VERY well. They may be tough, but assist students in recognizing their potential and help them to achieve it. Great opportunities for advancement and college prep! HSA is a family friendly environment and the true heart of education. Extremely happy with my experiences here. Not perfect, but the best by far!

My kids have made great improvements being here then public school. My girls have more confidence in their self and their learning. The teachers communicate with me on their progress. I am happy we chose Harmony for them.

Family atmosphere and caring environment. I have had 2 of my own children at Harmony as well as working here. I would not work at any other place. I love the students and the staff!

The students here are well mannered and respectful. A few years ago my son Mason was given the opportunity to participate in a Sea Perch competition in Houston. That same day I experienced an allergic reaction to some make up that made my face swell up so much I didnt even recognize myself. While at a restaurant and Bucc-ees I was stared at, whispered about, and overlooked for service. Feeling for my son, I asked if hed like me to sit outside and wait for him so his peers wouldnt pick on him for his mom looking freakish. He told me no, the kids at his school werent like that and Harmony doesnt have bullies. He was so correct!! Not one child even did a double take or say anything rude to him about it.

Academically speaking, this is one of the best options Beaumont parents have! I have had children here since they opened the doors and dont get me wrong we have worked through some kinks... but I believe they have one of the best programs offered in our area especially for high schools students!!

Ive been involved in education, at nearly every level, for almost 40 years - and have an earned Masters degree. This school is almost miraculous. They take the same student populations as other schools in the region but get dramatically better results with them. This is a high performing college preparatory school, with proven outcomes and wonderful teachers.

This school is amazing. The students are held to very high expectations. There is a culture of respect. The staff are very dedicated, and the students are well-behaved. HSA Beaumont is far and away the best public school in the Beaumont area.

As a student at harmony, I can promise you that this school has improved my academic performance. For junior high, I attended Marshall Middle School and I had no leadership or organization skills and prioritizing just wasn’t one of my priorities. Had I stayed in the public school systems, I would’ve never cared for my academic career. Since I’ve begun school here at Harmony, I’ve accumulated a 100 hours worth of community service and volunteer work, applied to 4 colleges, taken my SAT and ACT. I’m in a few different clubs such as; HOSA, Student Council, and Fashion Club. I’ve been able to achieve these goals by the help of the staff members Harmony has provided.

Amazing Instructions, home visits, tutorials, and teachers. They explain problems differently if necessary. The curriculum is also interesting and offers wide range of electives. In order to get in, you must win a lottery, which I dont appreciate. Other than that, it is a great school, highly recommended. Also gives students KNAWLEDGE.

The teachers are helpful, and the school offers many different academic opportunities for students of any grade.

I think the academics, opportunities, and benefits this school has are really great. Thats about the only thing i like (besides the 6-12 dean shes the best..) there are very few students that i can tolerate. They are so childish. Not only the students but, the teachers as well.They make it seem like theyre the dictators and rule over all of us and can control us. I do understand people being disrespectful but screaming in our faces for standing up or making the slightest noise thats just unacceptable in my opinion. I honestly think though even though some of it seems bad i went from straight fs to a matter of all as and ap classes in 2 years. when the teachers arent bashing our faces in theyre always here for us when we need it...thats why i still havent begged to move away.

You may have read from one of the other reviews, that HSA Beaumont is a Gulen School, but as a student that has attended this school for 3 years (6th-8th Grade), Im here to tell you that it is in fact, the complete opposite of a Gulen School. This school has absolutely no connections with the Islamic faith. Yes, there are a few Turkish teachers, but not one has ever tried to convert me, nor convince me to become associated with the Islamic faith. They have never mentioned anything of their religion, and they teach how theyre supposed to - without bias. This school gives you the opportunity to build a close teacher-student relationship and since it is a rather small school, you get plenty more of attention also. There have been little to no incidents regarding discipline, and overall, its a great school, education-wise and activity-wise. I strongly recommend this school to any interested person.
