My daughter danced at ACDA for 2 years. The instructors are amazing with the kids! My daughters first year started when she was 3, and had never been away from me before. We chose to do fun things like dance/soccer instead of doing 2 years of preschool, to give her a little bit of socialization, structure, and to get her feet wet in terms of a classroom type setting. I could not have been more impressed with the difference I saw in her after her first year! The teachers were able to get my little wild child to stand on her own colored spot, follow directions, and comply with classroom rules. She had a lot of fun, and made some good friends, and I made some as well. :-) The recitals (and costumes) are a lot of fun!! Dancing in general can be pricey, but their prices are comparative, and they offer multiple fundraisers throughout the year, to help pay for any/all expenses. I definitely recommend ACDA for your little dancer! No regrets!!
