Nice Christian College located in Beaver Falls Pennsylvania Right now during the summertime they have been blacktopping some of the parking-lots around the campus and regular maintenance before the students start arriving here shortly! Pics4yinz ~ Roscoe

Went to this college for my first semester as a freshman. If you are looking for a super hard core christian education this is the place for you. I had my application in to another college after 1 week here. I didnt even make it through orientation. I wasnt brought up super religious but I liked the school when I toured. What they didnt tell you is no laundry on Sundays, no vacuuming on Sundays, and no dancing allowed on campus. The swing dancing club had to meet in a church off campus. I always followed the rules but left most weekends as there was nothing to do but go to church. I was basically singled out amongst the girls in my dorm for visiting friends at other colleges on the weekends and they were told to stay away from me. This college is Reformed Presbyterian. Look that up before you decide to attend here. I still hold some anger towards this place. You have been warned.

Received an excellent Christ-centered education here. Professors truly care about their students, and the student body is very welcoming and community-oriented. The curriculum gives you more than just career skills; it gives you life skills (and thats hard to find in higher education).

Didn’t appreciate Geneva while I was there, but every year that passes I am more grateful for the Christ-centered education. Also, you will not find a man of higher integrity than president Troup. He and his wife take particular interest in every student and strive to honor Christ in all they do.

I have heard good things about Geneva. As a visitor, I have just use the area to exercise. Lots of room around the campus, the track, football field, the stands, sidewalks and the hills. Nice view of the town and valleys.

Nice small campus.....friendly staff. As a Christian and Catholic its definitely not a Catholic school but it is a good place to be free from the distractions of typical college life.

Geneva creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere. All the negative comments that have read under reviews seem to be 1/1,000,000 chances or people missing the true essence of Geneva College. There have been a few minor bumps for me as a student, but nothing Geneva wasnt willing to work with me on. I appreciate the love that Geneva surrounded me with so far.

Geneva College is an excellent private institution, deeply committed to its roots and its students. I will never be able to thank the faculty, staff, and students of Geneva enough for all they have taught me and done for me.

Geneva is an amazing and beautiful school!! There is a person on here named Frostfalls who gave it a one star who also has given 17 other Christian Colleges a one star as well! So Im pretty sure its discrimination against Christian Colleges. You really cant go by what other people say, even myself, you have to go and experience it to see if its the right fit for you, but you will not be disappointed.

I have to laugh at some of the responses here because you can see that some of these individuals have never been to this college at all. They are seething with hate, and like another individual described, the one person has written bad reviews for 17 other Christian colleges as well. None of which they have ever attended or have been involved with. Haters will be haters! With that said, my son is getting an excellent education at Geneva. Loves it there! Every year the football team goes out into the community to help. What you give out - whether it be good or evil, gets returned back to you. Maybe some of these individuals on here should really do some self examination.

This school lacks compassion. I sent my son there from FL. He was caught having alcohol in his room, which was not his, but Neil thought he was lying. So, in the end they gave him 12 hours to leave the campus. All the hard work and money spent on the semester did not matter. and it was a complete waste The fact that he lived in FL and needed more than12 hours to leave, did not matter. The decision makers at this school are 100% heartless. I do not believe Neil is of Christian decent. No first time warning, for forgiveness, no compassion, only a swift kick out of school. He showed no compassion when I spoke with him. He told me he had to go home, because it was 5 pm. He could careless that I was a mother in distress. He could care less that he was kicking my son out of his apartment the very next day at 11 and that my son did not know what he was going to do. I was shocked the way this was handled.

My granddaughter was accepted to Geneva College and Penn State. I prayed and her dad prayed that she would go to Geneva. We were so upset that we could not afford the tuition, room, and board and would have to forsake college altogether. Geneva made it possible for our granddaughter to attend this fall and the cost is now within our means. After seeing the 1 star review about a ladys son being expelled for alcohol possession, I was even more encouraged. What better environment for our precious daughter/granddaughter who has lived a sheltered life for her first 18 years than to be in the environment fostered by Geneva College.Ironically, her father suffered the same fate at a Christian College in Florida 20 years ago. He was sent home in less than 12 hrs and we still had to pay the remaining tuition for the entire year and he was expelled in October! Oh and he was a senior and the president of his class. He had to sit out for one year and was given the option to return or he could have gone elsewhere that same October. He chose to return in disgrace and complete his senior year the following fall. His infraction would have had no penalty whatsoever in a secular college environment. He learned a very hard lesson and was the better for it. We too felt the sting of his poor choices. But, we knew that his punishment needed to be swift and decisive. And now he has chosen to send his precious daughter to a Christian college. I thank the parent who gave Geneva the one star rating because it gave us a better picture of what they stand for than any of the 5 star ratings.

Not a review of the college but the football program. Son had a pee wee football camp there for 2 days. First day arriving, sign up was online but getting there it was a big crowd not certain the people at the desk were not very organized.Of the 2 days each camp was to run until 8:30 pm, both let out early. First day at 810, next day 815. Tough for some of the kids that were dropped off and parents coming back at 830 as advertised.Program all in all my son enjoyed. Whether he learned a lot, not certain, but it got him out there and getting ready for the upcoming season.

Very Racist institution! 3/4 black students leave within the first two semesters and garunteed 2-3 will be on campus after because schoools encouragement and silence on racist actions against students by faculty and racist actions against students by other close minded students.Program to help black students Multi Cultural Student Union was disbanded and those funds to help were redistributed into the school. This cut out book money and other vital things we needed and cut out the representation of black students.I, an athlete was assulted by both Assistant Head Coach Alan Bauman and Head Coach at the time Jeff Santasero mid game. The next day without any consultation I was removed from the team and there started a trail!! A TRAIL of racism until I eventually was FORCED, and put in a position where I feared my life, vs the fight for my education. As well my freshman year I played football, they do NOT play there black players, only when it is convenient. Actually. The football team just doesnt like young kids with skill. Coach Demarkco is a good guy however.I stayed at Geneva for two years before I, like others could not take it any more because the administration largely impart was behind the coaches, and students. I was black bald into a situation, to deep for a review, DO NOT GO DO NOT FUND.Campus was for the most part safe though. AND NOT EVERY KID WAS BAD, JUST VERY SHELTERED
