Love this Kindercare location! All of the staff are friendly and great with my son. He always hates to leave at the end of the day. They’ve followed all CDC guidelines to keep the kids safe and healthy, and they are great at communicating with parents. Couldn’t ask for a set of better hands to care for my child.

Our toddler has been enrolled at Lillian Lane for about 4 months now and absolutely loves it. This is our first daycare experience but it has been wonderful. The director and staff are always responsive if we have questions or concerns. The teachers have also been great with out toddler - the classroom curriculum is structured and fun - everything my kid needs! The weekly rate is also reasonable and includes diapers and meals (breakfast, lunch, and snack). The food seems okay - I see someone chopping fruits and veggies and prepping to cook every morning. Overall this has been a great experience for our family. I would recommend if you are looking for care!

KinderCare at Lillian Road has met all of my expectations. I first met with Emily, the director, for a tour of the facility. It was SO clean, smelled terrific, and appeasing to the eye. My baby started at Lillian road at 13 months, and I was very nervous about how he would react to the change. The KinderCare team uses this fantastic app that tells you how your child is doing, when they are sleeping, what they have eaten, diaper changes, and pictures. I am a pleased Mama. Thank you, Emily & KinderCare teachers, for loving and caring for my baby.

My Husband and I chose Lillian Lane as our daughter’s child care center after we were forced to look for a new option due to COVID. The previous daycare provider had been the only resource we had known, and we were quite overwhelmed with the whole process. Luckily for us, Emily (the center director) was kind, cheerful, caring and understanding of our situation. While she had hundreds of children to care for on a regular basis, she made us feel like we were her top priority.Four months after choosing this center for our daughter, we couldn’t be more satisfied with all aspects. The teachers are fantastic. Communication is hard right now with the COVID restrictions, but they write us notes to ensure we’re all driving to a common goal. My daughter, who is not an affectionate kid in the slightest, is constantly seen snuggling her care givers and smiling at them constantly. She not only feels safe and comfortable, she feels loved. In the few short months we started, I also discovered (with the help of this center’s staff) that my daughter had a gluten sensitivity. Emily and her staff ensured we did what was in my daughter’s best interest and kindly answered question after question I threw at her.Overall, we’re extremely satisfied for the care our daughter receives here. She’s loved, her motor skills and social skills are improving every week, she gets plenty of exercise, the facility is updated and clean, etc. We highly encourage you to welcome this family to yours.

Lillian Lane Kindercare has been a place of security for our 3 year old daughter. She loves to go to school, which tells me they are kind and fun! I appreciate their openness and transparency with things. They are easy to work with and they foster a great learning environment for the children.

Our daughter has made a full circle as she began her daycare experience at this facility when she was a newborn (under a different name and management) and is now back for 1/2 day preschool. When looking for a childcare option that would be a great fit for our daughter AND her Beavercreek Preschool schedule, we didn’t have to look far! I made a phone call to inquire and was more than pleased with the direction, Emilys ability to answer ALL of my questions. She was so responsive even when I thought of more questions to ask and called back!We began during the “snow storm” of 2021 and throw Covid into the mix so our daughter only attended 2 days before taking an extended break. This umfortuently set her back a bit when she returned.I say all of this because i has gotten to a point where I was worried that my daughter wasn’t going to make the transition and we would be without childcare. Being in education myself I know that relationships are EVERYTHING and it was that very day that a break through happened and my daughter can’t wait to get to kindercare! It takes a caring group of people and educators to build relationships to help children, especially children that take a little extra Love and support and as a mother it’s important to know that I found it here.

We love Beavercreek Rainbow Center! Our 4 month old son just started Rainbow over a month ago. I had him in home care and did not appreciate what was going on so I searched for Centers and Rainbow was an exact match for us and our son! The director is very friendly, helpful and communicates to the parents very frequently. The teachers are wonderful, loving people as well! I trust them, feel safe and at ease when I drop him off and go to work. We have truly found a center that loves my kid as much as we do!

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! The teachers are GREAT!! They really care about the kids. When my daughter first started coming she was a little scared but the teachers really helped her feel comfortable. I came in while they were reading a story to the kids and my daughter was in the teachers lap happy as can be. This is the first daycare my child has gone to and will be the only one!! Ive looked into a LOT of places before deciding on Rainbow. There are so many wonderful things about this daycare that I could probably write a novel on here. If you are considering this place....look no further! And no I dont work here Im just a Mom :)

It has been almost a year since my daughter started attending Rainbow. She was in the 3 year old class and loved her teacher! My daughter is very sensitive and thrives on routine. Her teacher was very accommodating and loving to my daughters needs. Now that she has transitioned to the 4 year old Pre-K class, she loves it too! The staff has been understanding when my daughter was ill and unable to attend class. They rescheduled her days of attendance and have been great helping her with transitions. I would highly recommend this facility to other parents. Keep up the great job!

My daughter was in 3 year old class. I didnot like this place. She would cry everyday that she doesnt like to go. Teachers kept on changing. Specifically one day it was cold spring time. I told teacher that she has jacket in her cubby as she didnt want to wear at the time I was dropping her. I was standing at the door. My daughter was asking teacher for jacket. Teacher was busy chatting with other teacher from different class completely ignoring what child was asking... since I was at the door I took the jacket and gave it. Another incident I went drop her and teacher just said they cannot accept they have maximum number of kids. I had to go to management and ask. Then she came with us and let her be in the class. I was annoyed of this kind of process. Another time They put her in a different class. Kids should not treated that way. I dont recommend this place.... kids do their own thing, teachers dont intervene much... I would prefer teachers monitor and develop bond. May be other like it but in my opinion they need to work on a lot of things to improve.

Rainbow Child Care Center. How would I start my sentences, nothing will describe my feeling about this Center and about the teacher especially the director Melissa, she is a very, very special person to me, I knew her before from her previous job, different Cay Care, she left it and start with this Center, as soon she left the other Day Care was a very bad and most of parent left it, of course for me I left it with no heart beat and followed Melissa when ever she went. Melissa help me allot and advice me when ever I need one, this Center is a new to my both daughters and they loved it, they have been going to Rainbow Center since it first opened, its clean and spacious, if they do have a day off from school they rather to come to Rainbow instead of spend the day with MOM! I am so HAPPY that my daughters loved it and LOVED the teachers all of them they are so much friendly and nice to everyone; they love the gymnasium, the WII, playground every thing, and off course the teachers. Thank you again Rainbow Child Care.

It took my husband and I a long time to find a childcare center in this area that met our expectations. Rainbow WAS by far the better of several we looked at. However, that has all changed a great deal over the course of the last year as Rainbow has been acquired by Kindercare and the locations management has changed.Over our year+ at the facility, there were multiple staff walk outs/no shows. In my opinion this speaks volumes to the management of the facility, staff obviously do not respect the leadership enought to provide notice; I believe this is due to poor leadership. Furthermore, there was an onsite arrest of a staff member (you can find it in the news) that speaks to the oversite and ability of hiring managers to identify questionable individuals, vetting processes only account for so much, management should have been able to identify that this particular individual was not a good fit (my husband and I both noted his inability to engage with adults and saw him wearing questionable attire). In the time my children attended rainbow there have been a few teachers who stand out (names will not be provided). Those high quality individuals that have left the facility for better opportunities have been replaced by individuals that do not come close to their levels of professionalism, compassion and care for the children they encounter.I have to assume the Management has an inability to judge character and indeed may be blind to the interactions between staff and children. Even with my rare appearance at the facility when the majority of staff are on site (I typically dropped my kids very early when few staff were on site and my husband picked them up when it was very busy), I have seen several questionable interactions between teachers and students. This is unacceptable, and if it’s questionable, it is already wrong. There are numerous flaws in this facility! Its obvious that I am not the only one that sees these acts: As a July 2019 complaint driven inspection suggests and further confirms these flaws. PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH ON THIS FACILITIES INSPECTIONS! They are clearly going downhill!!!Additionally, my husband is typically the individual that picks up our children; however, on the rare occasion I pick them up, the state of the facility is less than impressive. It is common to encounter mop buckets unaccompanied in a hallway or classroom filled with dirty water, full bags of trash in classrooms (and kids playing with them in some instances), boxes stacked very tall in hallways; and other dangerous obstacles for children.Lastly, during one drop off I was put off by the fact that only two staff were on site when I arrived; the cook and a young lady who had never opened and seems to be very confused about morning procedures and what to do when several others simply don’t show up! I was expecting some sort of communications about this, yet saw nothing. As a parent I stayed on site until someone additional showed! I sent an email attempting to get answers as to why the morning was in disarray and also asked about the cleanliness of the facility. That email was met with poor excuses stating that cleanliness had been addressed as a recent meeting (although, even after the email the state of the facility did not indicate any changes in cleanliness) and that the young lady that opened was trained on the procedures (I am betting this was a lie as the young lady made several comments about how she had not been trained or have experience opening). The people that are being hired by the current management are clearly not fit to care for children! If you care about strangers yelling at your children and verbally abusing them, do not take them to this facility! Unfortunately, not all of the classrooms have great teachers (some of the classrooms really do) and your child will more than likely encounter teachers that are not assigned to their room! If you are considering rainbow please make sure to meet all the staff and visit more than just the rooms your child will start in because you need the full picture!!

My son started at Rainbow Child Care Center in August of 2012 and we absolutely love it! He is in the PreK program there and is excited to go to school each morning. His teachers have been wonderful with him and they genuinely care about each child in their classroom. They are constantly doing hands on activities with the kids and the children are engaged in the lessons. Rainbow has been an excellent fit for my son!

My daughter and I are very happy with Rainbow. Everything from the cleanliness of the facility to the kindess and professionalism of the teachers to the little bunny Oreo has been beyond expectation. My little one is two and is developing beautifully there. I love hearing the new songs and games she has learned, as well as listening to her name all her friends she has made there. When I drop her off in the morning I know she is with caring, patient, professionals who know my daughter well and will help her have a great day. Thank you for taking great care of my little one Rainbow!!

My 3 year old went here for about 6 months, It seemed okay at first and he seemed to be making friends and learning. But I had some concerns that recently led me to removing him from the daycare. One day when I picked him up he was not wearing the same pants I had dropped him off in. The pants he was wearing werent even his! I never got a clear answer on what happened and I never got his actual pants back!I also picked him up one day and he had a pretty nasty bite mark on his arm from another child and nothing was ever said to me. There was never an incident report written or anything. They seem to have one teacher for 10+ toddlers and that is not adequate care in my opinion. And every other month the teacher is new. Their turn over rate is so high I dont see how they can properly train their staff. I saw this at the Springboro location also. Even the director changed multiple times over a year. When I emailed the director about these concerns I didnt even get a reply email or a phone call.I suggest to keep looking around for another facility that will care more about each individual child.

Both of my children are currently enrolled at Rainbow. My 6 year old loves to go because of the gym (which is amazing), the Wii, and all of his friends that attend. He especially enjoys being with his teachers as well. He always speaks of them when he is at home, and I know he is in the best care when he is there. My youngest started out at 6 wks and is now 15 months. I was very nervous to start mine so young, but the teachers in Infants are beyond what words can explain. They treat him as if he was their own, and they always make me feel that he is first priority. He does amazing with the baby sign language program they have and I am so thankful for that. The entire building has a high energy level, and the staff and management are all friendly and make each parent and child feel that they are truly apart of the Rainbow community.

Rainbow CCC in Beavercreek is a very special place! I started working for Rainbow February of last year and instantly fell in love with it. A new facility that is well maintained, filled with amazing teachers who love the children they teach and a welcoming environment for everyone. I now have a 3 month old of my own and was very scared about going back to work. I was able to bring her with me and know that she was going to be well taken care of and loved. My daughter loves her teachers and I love seeing her laugh and smile with them every day. : )

Our son has been enrolled at Rainbow for almost a year and we are very pleased with our decision to send him there. The facility is brand new and very well maintained and the teachers are caring and friendly! The students curriculum in the infant and toddler rooms is wonderful and our little guy comes home with new words almost daily as well as an activity report that tells us what he did during the day. On most days when we arrive at the center to pick him up its normal to find him and the other children huddled around their teacher reading a book or being actively engaged in a puzzle or activity. When the weather permits they get plenty of outdoors time in their age-specific play areas with appropriately sized playground equipment and on days where it isnt so warm they have a huge gymnasium so they can still exercise. Finally, one of the best things about Rainbow is its Director, Melissa. Weve had to contact her a few times regarding some concerns (nothing major, they just needed attention) and she was very quick to respond (quick like I sent an email in the evening and I had a response in my inbox when I woke up). After we discussed the issue she followed up numerous times and in no way did she make either of us feel bad about bringing it up. Rainbow is a great place and we definitely recommend it!

My kindergarten daughter has been attending this Rainbow Child Care Center since August 2012. As of 5 March 2013, there hasnt been any staff turnover, other than the hiring of additional teachers as Rainbows enrollment has grown. (Thats a first for the four different day cares in which my daughter has been enrolled.) This has provided excellent stability for my daughter in a year full of changes. After the staff stability, my next favorite feature of this Rainbow center is the indoor gymnasium. With the propensity for inclement weather in the Beavercreek area, Im surprised more day cares (and fast food chains) in this area dont have indoor playgrounds. When its too cold, rainy, snowy, muddy, etc., to play outside, the kids still get a chance to run around, tumble on gym mats, play basketball, hula-hoop, and more to burn off excess energy.I highly recommend this center.

Our four-years-old daughter has been attending Rainbow CCC for more than a year now and we are very happy with the programs offered. The facility is clean and spacious. The teachers are kind, knowledgeable and fun. The director is accessible, friendly and welcome any constructive criticism. She communicates with us almost on weekly basis regarding the center activity and programs. We are vegetarian and the center was able to accomodate that.I like the field trips during the summer time. Good manners are taught and reinforced. My daughter loves the daily activity: the center has a large gym and many playground sets, books are read at least twice daily. Art activities and fine motor skills and writing are offered throughout the day. My daughter was able to participate in her class art works, which were auctioned during a fund-raising event for summer camp.We already had a teacher and parents conference regarding my daughters developmental milestones. We feel very comfortable to have my daughter there. We are sure she is receiving a good education and nurturing environment.Thank you RCCC.
