We had our son in this daycare ever since he was an infant. The teachers take great care of the children and do a great job of teaching them important milestones. As infants, they are all taught sign language to communicate basic commands which came to be incredibly helpful as a first time parent. As they grow and move onto the next classroom, they provide you with a thoughtful scrapbook full of pictures and activities they’ve completed together. The teachers are so caring and do so much for the children. Thank you Twin Oaks for everything you provided to our family through our son’s care.

We placed our son at twin oaks a little over a year ago. It was his first daycare and he transitioned well. The teachers took great care of him and showed him tons of love. They sent me pictures the first few weeks and throughout his time there so I could see how he was transitioning into the daycare. That helped a lot with my transition as well. He was about 5 months at the time. I love how they do indoor, outdoor sensory activities with the kids. They recognized and would communicate the unique characteristics of my son which showed that they cared enough to pay attention. I would definitely recommend Twin Oaks for parents who are looking for a safe and fun environment for their little ones.

My son had wonderful time in Twin Oaks CDC and he loved teacher Megan as well as the other teachers and friends so much. He always mentioned to go to school in the weekend and the summer break. Anyway, if let him choose to stay at home or in the school, I bet he would choose Twin Oaks!

We recently moved from Oregon to Idaho. Our daughter Josie was at Twin Oaks from 5 months to 2 years old and quite honestly the hardest part of moving was leaving this daycare! They are WONDERFUL. Im a first-time mom and the team provided me with the assurance that I needed to go back to work part time - and coached me through the stuff I didnt know how to handle, like nap transitions! We felt like we were part of the family and miss them still. If I could have taken the whole team with me I would have. Miss Kelli made Josie a book with pictures and art of all the babies and teachers in her class before we left, and Josie still reads the book often and remembers the names of her friends and teachers and asks where they are. It makes me cry a little! I cant recommend them enough!!Also - to the one person with the negative review below, I registered our daughter when I was still pregnant and had no idea if/when she’d be attending daycare, and they were very upfront that the initial registration fee was non-refundable. Pretty sure I signed a waiver saying I understood that in the event that Josie didn’t attend, I would still not be getting that non-refundable fee back. I didn’t care - I could tell it was a special place and I wanted the assurance that our spot was saved! So really nothing shady going on there, and also that’s standard practice for every daycare I’ve looked at as it helps them cover the cost of potential business lost if a parent flakes out. Twin Oaks was always upfront and communicative about monthly dues and fees. Just FYI :)

SHADY BUSINESS!!!! Pre-registered my daughters for this school 6 months in advance since we are moving from out of state. They took our registration fee which is standard. Lets fast forward to today. We are still 2 months plus out from out move and I sent them a message letting them know my girls will not be attending due to job loss and we were hit personally with covid. We nicely asked them to please refund us given the circumstance. Instead of being polite, the office manager ignored my message for 3 days and then sent an email saying no we wont refund because her sheet says so. I understand business is business but that is ethically wrong. We had not filled out any paperwork or done anything other than let them know that the girls will be there by mid-end April. I am grateful that the girls are no longer going to that school because if they are going to be heartless and money-hungry about that I cant even imagine having to deal with this establishment if something worse happened! I would never trust them with my girls or refer them to anyone! I hope they change their mind and do the right thing but I really doubt it.

My son has attended Twin Oaks for over a year and Ive been so happy with the care hes received! The transition to all-day preschool was difficult for him, but his teachers did everything they could to make him feel safe, secure and happy. They also helped me with the transition by sending updates, pictures and videos after difficult drop-offs. They were on top of reporting any accidents to me and I was happy with the way they resolved any issues that arose. Everyone is so warm and welcoming and they genuinely care about the parents and kids. My son has also developed so much with learning his letters, numbers and other life skills. The director and administrative assistant are wonderful and prompt in answering any questions. We had to switch schools due to a change in personal circumstances and are so sad to have to leave behind amazing teachers and friends! I recommend Twin Oaks 100%!

Our son went to Twin Oaks from 4 months old to 13 months old (when COVID hit). He loved his class and his teachers - and so did we! We love the small size, the care/attention they gave him, and the activities and development that the babies room experience!

Both of my kids attended Twin Oaks Child Development center and we absolutely loved our experience. The teachers are so loving and kind, the kids are always doing artistic and academic activities, and we knew that our kids were safe and well cared for each and everyday. Picking a place to care for your children can be a stressful and worrisome decision but with Twin Oaks you will know your kids are safe, loved, and being exposed to beneficial activities. I can’t recommend Twin Oaks enough. The staff there has become like family to us and we will miss them very much.

Twin Oaks is hands down the best day care you could ever ask for. As a parent it’s always a hard transition to trust some other place with the love and care of your child. From even before day one these teacher went out of their way to provide my daughter and I comfort and happiness. Every teacher is SO passionate towards the kids. Not only that but they care about your parenting concerns. My daughter was always having some random medical concerns and Twin Oaks was on top of it just as much as I was as her parent. I have never had one day where my daughter has a hard time going to school, only leaving it because she’s having so much fun and is so happy at what has easily become her second home. Thank you Twin Oaks for everything you’ve done for my daughter and I.

I toured many centers but from the minute I walked into Twin Oaks I knew it felt ‘right’. My intuition proved correct. The teachers cared for my baby like he was their own for 17 Months. We recently made a move out of state and one of the hardest factors in our decision was having to leave our Twin Oaks Family! They are seriously the best and we miss them all!

Ive had two sons go through Twin Oaks Child Development Center. They are a young center with an exceptional philosophy of learning. Although they dont have the funding of fancier business care centers (like Nike) they make up for it with a loving, family feel. They emphasize education, tracking my sons development in a portfolio and having circle times and station activities everyday. In the infant room, they taught my son sign language! My child could not have been better cared for! Often, they were sad to leave when it was time to go.The director is professional and compassionate. Youll love this place!

I love this child care center and pre school! They truly care about the growth of each child and find ways to help each child grow in their own way. They have helped my daughter (and me) in numerous ways. They are like family and I love them for the gift of independence they give my little girl. They shower her with love and help her to thriv .

Twin Oaks is an amazing child care facility!! The staff is patient, caring, and very loving towards the children. My son started when he was a little over a year old. Not once did I have a concern about his well-being while at TO. I am happy and blessed to say that my daughter will also be at TO!

Twin Oaks is a like second home for our son. All the teachers and staff are warm and friendly, and genuinely care for our son. Our son is always excited to see all the teachers, and loves the various toys and structures they have to play with. So much so, he often forgets about saying goodbye, and is off playing as soon as he gets there. I love that our son is so comfortable and happy there. The rooms are very clean and safe, and they have a good size indoor gym for the kids to play in for all of our rainy days, and a nice outdoor play area for the sunny days.

The staff at Twin Oaks are caring with children and responsive to parents. Our preschooler and toddler feel safe and loved while they are there and we appreciate the intimate setting that allows staff and children to really know one another. A wonderful place to be!

My Daughter and I love this place! we do not have any family out here. However the love we receive from this center, is wonderful. they have very supportive teachers, who CARE. The parents are friendly and supportive as well. for example: when a birthday comes around the birthday kid is spoiled with love, hugs, laughter and gifts. This past year my daughter turn 4 in October, and had her VERY first birthday party. I was so stressed and overwhelmed being a single mother, but the love I receive from the other mothers allowed me to give my baby girl the best PARTY ever to share with her new friends. and the sweet messages and gifts from the families is a blessing. Blessings to the Twin Oaks team. may it be fruitful in all the days to come. XOXOX
