Richard and Rachael Osmon represented us on both sides of our recent property scenerios and we couldnt be happier with their high level of service. They tuned into the macro factors affecting the residential space and really has their finger on the pulse of local dynamics that dominate the Portland/Beaverton/Aloha market (property type, supply, demand, neighborhoods of choice, buyer demographics, etc). Most important, Rachael applied her broad knowledge to our unique needs. She was able to gauge our concerns and desires and then create a plan to satisfy them. Then the frustrations of the current economy hit and we had to deal with a number of banks, trying to get our mortgage and mortgage insurance figured out.They guided us through some very harrowing times, helping us with both personal anxieties and a volatile credit/finance market (amid political overtones) with patience and more determination. Richard is direct, efficient, and driven by solutions, Rachael is rock solid, empathetic and very understanding of our needs. Hate to keep repeating what others have said already, but Richard and Rachael Osmon are absolutely awesome.
