Our son loves music and so it was a perfect fit when we found Portland Music Therapy. Kate is very professional and patient. She encourages our son to be himself and explore music in a variety of ways. We highly recommend trying music as a way to connect with your child and communicate. It is a great way to utilize therapy that just feels fun!

My son has been a client (private and group) of Music Therapy Services of Portland for years. He started Music Therapy after he was enrolled in Speech Therapy for years. It wasnt long before we noticed he was progressing faster with Music Therapy than he was in Speech. He was also much happier with going and participated in Music Therapy than he was with Speech. Angie is wonderful to work with! She is kind, understanding, professional, flexible and very loving. She not only invests in our son, but invests in our whole family. She makes our neurotypical child feel special as well!
