Drove an hour to buy a $260 printer only to get home and it was used. Had to drive the hour back and didnt give anything for my wasted time and gas money. So, no more staples for me.

Staples is a clean fully stocked office supply store. Staples carries many teachers items. The service personnel are always friendly and helpful. The only drawback I find is the price. Unfortunately, Staples is a little higher then other stores. I will continue to show up there though.

Printing copies here works fine, but be careful if you are on a time crunch and need to use the same day option. Online it will wait until after you have paid to tell you that you passed their deadline time and can’t pick up until the next day. Then apparently it is a $15 rush fee to get what you have ordered in time. Great.

I experienced fantastic service while I was at this Staples tonight! Two gentlemen by the name of Josh and Tommy came right to me as I walked through the door and they were fantastic! Josh was very helpful when it came to helping me compare the items I wanted to purchase and also giving his input on my decision! Tommy was also very helpful on giving me even more info about my purchase and he was also able to compare prices and give me an extra coupon to save even more money! I will be sure to ask for them every time I go back to that store to make further purchases! Great service!!!!

Friendly staff. I had to have something printed and the man at the copy center was extremely helpful (I needed an attachment from an email printed on card stock)He was also very quick!!!

Sales guy at the copy center was not helpful at all. I had trouble sending an email from my phone to his for an invite off of Dropbox and he just said, I dont know about your phone...really... The store was well stocked. However, the clearance section was a mess and many products were not priced nor had shelf price labels.

Went here to buy a internet modem for my pc and wanted to do a price check on amazon prime.. I dont have a smartphone so my husband looked it up on our computer online and found a good price on it.. Well I go up to the customer service. Lady by the name of Noel R. looked it up and said hmm.. its not much of a price change.. It was 80 dollars, they found it for sixty on their price machine. I told her she would have to look this up on the computer for her to see the price She said she couldnt do that. So I finally said ok.. Let me talk to your manager.. SHe gets on the walkie and asks for one and takes it over to the tech desk. She comes back and says, I found it. Well, there was also a 5 dollar off coupon I wanted on it as well because taht was the deal on prime. She says I didnt see no coupon and rings it out. I say no, I want the coupon. I want a manager again.. So she finally gets me the coupon and the right price on it. She was unfriendly, rude and I definitely do NOT recommend this store to anyone! My husband and I have had nothing but PROBLEMS with this company for months! Forget Staples, Shop Best Buy...

I havent been in Stapels for some time and I must confess I was a little overwhelmed by some new technology at or just prior to check out. One of the folks pushed the buttons and printed out all the tickets pointed me at checkout and I was out of there. At 74 I would have walked with out help.

For Staples, this isnt that bad a store, but they rarely have what I actually want to buy and prices are higher than their competition... Cest la vie.
