I have to be completely honest. I was very worried after seeing some of the one-star reviews here. I trusted Chris to build a powerful gaming PC from the ground up with parts that I provided. He met my expectations at every angle. He provided me with same-day service, and I also received quotes from everyone else who said they would charge me upwards of 200 plus to build the kind of specifications I was needing. He only charged me $150 and I couldnt be happier with the great job he did for me today. I will trust him with my business for a lifetime whenever I need help with anything.

Darn..I should have read this reviews before.I gave my laptop for repair almost 4 weeks ago.They told me it will be easy and only this much money....then they need a lot more money for parts and labor than they agreed to me previously.When I pointed out that that was not the agreed price they called police on me stating I am holding up their business.Also they take only cash.After I returned with cash the person told me I can not check the laptop in the store and he won`t give any guarantee that it works.If I have any problem with that I can file claim with small claims tribunal...Too much hassle and I don`t have time for that.So I ended up not getting my laptop.It is still in their store.He told me he will sell it.Hopefully they will erase data before that.I think that is the plan from the beginning for them..Avoid these people..Save your time and money...

Came here with an estimate from another computer company and they were able to save me 60%. All the details of my project was fully outlined and clearly communicated from beginning to end. Two words, honest and straight-forward. I would highly recommend this establishment for all your electronic needs.

Had an issue with a replacement keyboard on a laptop and these guys delivered. Even though he was obviously busy in the backroom when I came to pickup the laptop, he made it a point to speak with me and let me know exactly what was done to fix the issue. Thanks for the help!!! :)

DO NOT TAKE YOUR COMPUTER TO THIS PLACE FOR REPAIR!!! THIS GUY, CHRIS, RIPPED ME OFF &180 FOR A 320GB HARD DRIVE. ON TOP OF THAT HE CUT THE WIRE TO THE COMPUTER WEBCAM WHILE RE-ASSEMBLING THE COMPUTER. WHEN I PRESS HIM ON IT, HE ACCUSED ME OF DISHONESTY AND THAT I ACTUALLY CUT THE WEBCAM WIRE TO MAKE AN ISSUE WITH HIM....I CAN NOT WRAP MY MIND AROUND HIS ACCUSATION. I TOOK MY COMPUTER AWAY FROM HIM BEFORE ANY FURTHER DAMAGES AND INSTEAD TOOK IT TO 911 COMPUTER REPAIR. 911 COMPUTER REPAIR FIX THE PROBLEM VERY QUICKLY WITH LITTLE TO NOTHING!!!

A computer repair guy is usually a GEEK and not a skilled salesman that can charm and BS the customers. Chris is blunt, but honest, so he does not mince words when to comes to telling you what is wrong with your computer. He might rub some people wrong with this approach, but I appreciate his honesty when he examines your broken PC. The bottom line is the work, his work is excellent and very reasonable. I have owned several PCs in the past, went to various computer repair places in the DFW area. I only take my computer issues to Chris, who repairs them flawlessly. His work is great, he even built me a desktop PC for a very reasonable price. This beast will outperform PCs you can buy online or a retail store that costs hundreds of dollars more. If you need computer repair, Chris performs all repairs on site, not shipping them to a third party repair center. He has always come through for me and I go nowhere else for PC repair.

Chris got my computer back into listening mode by replacing a speaker and cleaning the dust inside. Good and courteous service

The owner seemed very knowledgeable and willing to work with me on price, but wouldnt actually give me the names of the parts he wanted to use so I could do some research. Also the store looks really out of date. I understand that they probably spent a lot of money on their stock, but if it looks like a knockoff from 2001, Im not gonna buy it and it makes me lose confidence in the store.

I wish there were negative ten stars. The owner Chris acted like a real jerk. I suggested something different because I actually know about PCs and worked in IT for 24 years, in much higher positions than computer repair, as a Network Admin, and mostly as a Web Developer. So out of the blue this guy says If you think you know more than me COME GET IT! I said close it up. I enter the store and he says you know Im right. So it was all about him being right. I challenged him to show me the part that was proprietary and he just avoids the issue, trying to tell me that an IBM PC compatible machine can only use the exact power supply that came with it. I said Why do you think they call it IBM COMPATIBLE and there are only about a thousand companies that sell replacement parts?? He claimed to have done diagnostics, I said okay Id pay, I said I would. Then its cash only no credit cards. I tell him where he can put the computer and leave. I intend to pursue this.

3 months later and my laptop is still in the back “being worked on”.. I’m a college student that could really use my laptop right now and the only communication they’ve had with me is when I drive up to their store. Upset.

I had a horrible experience. I wouldnt purchase anything from them. Most of the parts arent in static bags. The guy spent 15 minutes insulting macs.I wanted a part not a lecture. Wouldnt recommend this shop.

CROOKSRun, seriously. These guys will try to rip you off I know for a fact cause they did it to me. I would never even consider going to this place again or suggest it to ANYONE

Was told my computer would be repaired in 4 days. Four days later I called and the part had not yet been ordered. 14 days later I get my laptop back. Charged me $50 for a $2.50 part. When I went to pick up my laptop he talked my ear off about how he knew Shaq, Bo Pelini and all these ex-LSU baseball players from when he was a scout for LSU. I did some checking and he wasnt even at LSU when Bo Pelini was there, so he lied to me. Personally, I do not trust a word the guy says. I have never had a more displeasing business transaction.

$80 for an 80 GB INTERNAL hard drive for an older PC.Uh, no. This is 2009, not 2001 with the respective pricing.
