Unprofessional and I can’t think of better words than continuous lies.He will make promises and never fulfill them and if you try to complaint the first answer will be “ai don’t refund per my policies”. Before buying a package with him think twice. May be try paying lessons and they are provided as I promise you they will cancel lessons for a reason or another and just lie about it.Don’t let the “Christian” label fool you. I assume it is just to attract Christians (my case). After contacting the church he claims to be pastor at, we had the confirmation that it was a lie.I have all the proof, in case he try to say otherwise I will gladly post them.

Juan is very passionate about what he does and aims for every students success. He is incredibly patient with his students and teaches in a way that makes it very easy to learn. His classes are affordable and not overpriced. I would definitely recommend Cortez music school.

We had lessons payed for and planned for my childcare for almost a year now. With covid I understood him not being able to come to us even though he didnt communicate that. in October we asked for lessons again. Twice they stood us up. We were supposed to receive a refund and never have. Covid is not an excuse to be a dishonest business. Everyone is going through something and for you to use the election and covid as an excuse is disappointing. I run a business as well and would never treat any client that way. if I owed a customer something I would give it to them. I. Do. Not Recommend. Also if you cant give lessons then why are you still taking peoples money. Do better.

Extremely poor and unprofessional. They didn’t schedule me for 2 weeks after registering and then kept postponing for another 2 weeks and took all the money in advance for 3 months. Never responded about refund when requested. Have to dispute in the bank.

This music school is such a joy filled breath of fresh air! Every teacher has been very knowledgeable and kind to my boys. The owner Juan Cortez cares about the whole experience my boys have when attending their lessons. From the variety of musical lessons offered to the really fun art all over the school. Each lesson is definitely a full sensory experience! I am super impressed with the quality and authenticity for music and art that comes from this school. I am certain this school will bear much fruit from all the effort that goes into each child that enters this schools doors! God bless!

I am a student here and I very much like this school. The teachers are nice and Mr.Cortez is a very skilled and encouraging teacher that involves and motivates you to be better. I recommend this school for any beginner to average players because this school is absolutely amazing!

A perfect place to learn music !! FromMy personal experience I have nothing but good things to say about this place the atmosphere is great and inspiring , prices are great and accesible for any economic situation it won’t be a burden to stop taking clases . My 9Year old daughter is learning from amazing teachers who have patient and talent to teach her. And for those who may think is too late or they too old to learn something new this is the place to go I just started piano lessons and has bring nothing but joy to my life . Highly recommend this place and you can even try it for free!
