They Are Very Unorganized And Don’t Respect People Mrs Ruby One Of The Workers There Made Very Rude Comments & When It Was Time For My Clinicals They Were Very Very Unorganized. They Kicked Me Out Because She Felt I Wasn’t Into The Class But Mind You They Had No Type Of Assessments For Us To Do Literally Just Looking At Each From 10-3 They Dont Even Have The Right Materials To Teach An HHA Aide Class Highly Wouldn’t Recommend They Just Want The Money.

PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE ITS NOT WORTH IT!!! THEY LET ME WORK IN TWO HOMES WITH AN EXPIRED CPR/ FIRST AIDE LICENSE FOR MONTHS!!! THEY DONT PAY FOR MILEAGE WHEN YOU TRAVEL HOME TO HOME. I HAD A CLIENT IN CLEVEAND AND PEPPER PIKE. I ONLY HAD 30 MINUTES TO TRAVEL FROM ONE HOUSE TO THE OTHER. THE OWNER DO NOT KNOW HOW RESPECT THE EMPLOYEES NOR DOES HE CARE FOR THEM!!! There is a young lady that works for this agency name Tameka. She is really there for the people. She is very professional and will listen to you and your problems not just rush you out. She talked to me about how to be a good HHA. I never did this kind of work before. After talking to her i felt very good about taking the class. She has a spirit that makes you feel someone cares. I would refer people to her office any time!! Great professional place.

I left during the interview. Front desk staff rude and unprofessional. The place looked run down and low quality. If I could give zero stars I would have. Take the reviews to heart and dont waste your time!!!!
