My experience with bedford childtime was poor. As well as being an unprofessional daycare, in my opinion. Some of the staff seem to not to want to do their jobs. They seem to want to get a paycheck for nothing. I was called from work to pick up my child. They claimed had a fever. I get to the daycare, my childwas up and alert. Like all the other kids. No sign of sickness like they claimed. I asked to have the temperature taken again. It came back no fever. My child never had a fever. My point of it all is they seem to just want to get rid of kids, so they can have less work, and hopefully get a chance to leave work due to there not being enough kids to take care of. I was very disappointed and upset with Childtime Bedford service. This incident cost me a loss of time at work, all for nothing. I have no problem picking my child up, when its Valid. As well as understand not wanting to get other children sick. They need to hire staff who actually want to work, and take care of kids.

I love, love, love this center!!! I wouldnt have my babies go anywhere else. I love how proactive they are especially when you bring stuff to their attention. When I go to pickup my little ones, theyre always happy and smiling. I love everyone there, the director Lauren is the BOMB!!! Shes the freaky best that could ever run that place!! Shout out to Monique, Lisa, Destiny, Tahany, Jamie, Tasha and of course one of the OGs Ms. Collins, and Candace! If youre looking for a center to enroll your children this is the place to go.

VEEEEEEERY HORRIBLE DAYCARE! I recommend NO ONE that cares about their child’s well being to bring them here. They have HORRIBLE TODDLER staff that don’t like to do there jobs, they will make up lies like your child is sick call you from work and or school because they don’t want to be bothered with a certain kids in the class. People have REAL JOBS and real life things going on so calling you having you concerned just to get there and NOTHING is wrong is definitely an inconvenience. They are definitely not dependable at all. The staff act as though they HATE their jobs but need a check. My daughter all of a sudden started getting sick and catching fevers ever since she stared going there and I’m pretty sure it’s because of the out dated food they feed them. Staff are very disrespectful to parents and children. I should had went with my first gut feeling and just kept it moving. But I should had listened to the other reviews because it could had been a lot of unnecessary time wasted. Now I understand why they only have 3 toddlers and 2 infants 🤔

Awful Daycare!. My daughter did not like the toddler teacher AT ALL (Lisa) she would be scared every time I dropped her off even after weeks of already being there, she would always state Lisa won’t stop messing with her.The infant Teachers were AWESOME! I feel sooooo bad for them because they actually LOVE the children just not the facility they work at, hope they find something new real soon. They have these young girls that have NOOOOO children working in the toddler room that have nooooo patience AT ALL! They say they were a learning center but all they did was yell at the kids all day to sit down. Never received any paintings that my child has done. The police had been called numerous of times do to the school aged kids acting very wild. Definitely not a safe facility at all and VERY GHETTO! I don’t recommend any parent to send their children here. Also I get an email from the director saying my two children were not allowed back because of something a staff said to her. The Director NEVER talked to me about ANYTHING! what the issue was or even asked if there was an issue so I assume that the teachers must be a FAMILY MEMBER! Just very unprofessional.

Childtime, to me and my family, is an awesome place. It feels like a family environment My kids are treated very well and I am most thankful. The staff is so awesome. I have had physical ailments for a year and one of my little ones had a cast on for a month. Each day, Mrs. Williams or Miss Monique have met me at the door and taken the kids into the building and got them settled or have brought them out to my car and even buckled them in for me. This kind of service and consideration is invaluable! My husband and I cant begin to thank them enough!

As a parent you are always concerned with the care your children receive when leaving them in the care of someone else. I can honestly tell you that has never been a concern of mines here at Childtime. They take time with the kids and really meet them where they are on a social, and academic level. My daughter has learned so much while here at Childtime and I could not be more appreciative. Childtime has taught my daughter not just her ABCs but trust! My personal thanks to everyone at Childtime but even more special thanks to Ms. Monique, Ms. Williams and Ms. Candice! You ladies ROCK!

Director is beyond the word rude. I would never bring my children there. If the director is rude, the teachers should be no better. I dont like how she speaks to people. She needs to be fired and hopefully soon. Get someone who actually know how to talk to people and care for the children. She just working for the check not because she loves what she does

My childrem used to go there before we moved and they loved being in that daycare they would play lots of games and do artwork and summer camp was amazing to them

I am a hard working employee who have heard cursing at the children. The manager will tell you if she likes you or does not like you, it will be displayed in the way she treats you. The center is very low staffed, so if anyone is sick, she threatens to fire them or write them up if they cannot come in. Children are yelled at; and if you think children are staying in their classrooms, they are not. I have had older children come into my room, I was over ratio, and a baby was hurt by the other child. I am writing this because I care for my babies, things are not what appear to be when no one is looking. It is very unprofessional and she treats her workers unfairly. she fires and dont hire in their place. (I still work there for the children, but I cant take this abuse anymore).
