Children’s Courtyard Bedford is a great option for child care. My son comes home happy every day sharing what he learned. They have a fantastic education based curriculum, that always leaves me impressed with how much my 4 year old knows! All teachers greet my child by name. They give great updates through their app and it’s nice to be able to check in on your child via the cameras available to parents. I’d recommend them completely as a trusted childcare option.

I just enrolled my children here at the beginning of August and we absolutely love it! My son is not easy to warm up to new people, but he loves his teachers already and is excited to come to school every day. My daughter is in elementary school and gets picked up by the bus each day. I know that I can trust that the bus drivers will be responsible with my child and will never the leave the school without her. I am so thankful to find a place that already feels like family!

My daughter went to school here for 3 years. I was sad the day came when she started kindergarten and would no longer be coming here. The staff is friendly and my daughter always looked forward to going to school. Their pre-k teacher Mrs. Ruthie was always a delight. But the one thing that made all the staff family was that they always worked with us no matter the situation. Thank you Michelle, Samantha, Ashley, Ruthie, and all the staff for all the yrs of hard work and love!

My son has been to a lot of daycares due to us moving to different areas in the DFW. And I can honestly say that this was the only daycare he hated going to. Which deeply concerned me as a mother. They make the atmosphere look nice with the rooms and toys but the teachers there yell and scream and the kids in their face. Literally, I would go pick my son up and the teachers would be hollering at all the kids. And I mean Hollering LOUD where my ears would ring. If it hurt my ears as an adult, I can’t imagine how it hurts the kids ears. He would be so sad to go there. It hurt my heart deeply. Thank god I don’t have to send him there anymore. My advice to you is not to fall for the fancy name “children’s courtyard” or the rooms and toys because the staff there is rude and not nice to the kids. Kids don’t learn by getting screamed at. Staff is poorly trained and not nice to parents or children.

I am only giving them one star because there were only a handful of teachers who I truly trusted and two of them have retired. When my son attended, we never had issues when he was in the infant room. The second he went to the toddler rooms, everything turned in to a nightmare. I would pick him up filthy, scratches that couldn’t be explained and teachers grabbing and yanking my son’s arms. I thought them having cameras would give me peace of mind but it did the opposite. We watched the teachers on camera not pay attention to the kids, sit down all day and talk. They never did the activities on the “curriculum” they had. We even had an incident where someone informed us that my son was being pinched by a teacher that had to be investigated. I never saw the video but I regret not filing a police report to get access to the video.Teachers cussing and yelling at kids. It was just a mess. Looking back, now I know why my child cried every time I dropped him off.Spend more money to enroll your child at Primrose down the street. They are truly worth every penny and my son has never been happier.

This location is awesome!!! Samantha & Michelle take so much pride in this place!! I am always greeted with a smiling face, no matter if Im coming or going. My littles that are now 1 & 2 have now been attending for 4 months. The communication is awesome, the ladies care and are personable. My littles are thriving and learning new things everyday!! During the day I can look in on them from my phone and they are having a great time!! I recommend them to anyone looking for a reputable, clean, affordable daycare!

Poor communication. I scheduled a tour with the call center and was given a weekly price for the 5 year old classroom. I was very specific of the days and time of care I needed and the age of my child. I told the representative I did not want to book a tour if the price was out of budget. She gave me a price. I arrived for my tour later that day. An employee answered the door and did not know why I was there. I told her about the tour and that I needed full time care. I gave her my childs age and she asked what I was paying at my current daycare. When I told her the price she said that they were more and gave me a price well over what I was given by the call center. The call center called me back to reschedule my tour the next day, but when I informed them of the pricing issue Scott called the director Michelle directly while I was on hold. He let me know that the director confirmed that the price given to me by her employee was incorrect and much lower. He said she would call me to explain. When the director Michelle called me she said Scott was misinformed and quoted me the same high price as her employee. I called and spoke with Abel in the call center explaining I would not be touring and he called Michelle who gave him a totally different lower price. This was the only Childrens Courtyard location in the area that had the pricing issue when I called around for pricing.

We gave it a try after reading the fake reviews, so this place is unkempt, dirty and smelly, have had numerous issues with management and teachers, was forced to withdraw our kids and they still continued to remove funds from our accounts. The staff are pretty rude and use curse words with the kids around. My daughter came home cursing and that was the last straw. Took them to Primrose which is expensive but worth every penny.

Mrs Brett is awesome my wife and I decided on this school for our 3 year old girl she has had trouble talking due to a Spanish baby sitter for the last 2 years. And only a few months in to this school we have seen a huge difference with our little one. Very fun and friendly staff. We felt very welcomed by the staff with this school.

My son attended for 4 months in the junior pre-k class. In the course of that time was bitten 5 times by the same child, 2 of which I got no incident reports on. One of the bites was so bad he had a black eye to go with it. Every time I asked what was going to be done to prevent this I was told the same thing, we take this very seriously and we will remove the child. Well the child would come back into the class room a couple days later and sure enough a bite would occur. The teacher even tried blaming my sons behavior for the biting occurring. Turns out the biting childs mother worked there. So basically because the childs mother was part of the staff the fact that he was physically hurting my son didnt seem to matter. Not to mention I caught one of the teacher yelling harshly at the children several times when she would not see me come into the classroom to pick up my son. Also when we enrolled we were told they have a structured environment and introduce preschool materials. Thats a lie. They have circle time for a very short time once in the morning then the rest of the day the children are basically set free to play and run around the class with no direction.

The Childrens Courtyard in Bedford has been such a blessing to our family. From the moment Sandy gave us the first tour (and the second and third :)) we felt like it was the perfect place for our child. The teachers truly care about the children and enjoy seeing them grow up. They give us updates everyday. The children get to play outside, eat healthy meals, and even get a concert every two weeks. Our daughter claps on her way to school and runs to her classroom with excitement every morning. Thank you Childrens Courtyard for making school and loving, nurturing place for our daughter!

Our daughter attends the Childrens Courtyard in Bedford Texas. We do not consider this a daycare, but rather a school atmosphere where we believe is important to her early adolescent development. We are amazed on the new things she learns from day to day. Additionally, we communicate with the school to ensure that our ideas of her development is in line with the curriculum established by her teachers and aides.

Zero stars if I could!!! I find this center to be very Unsanitary and when asked for wipes to clean off the screen full of boogers the director rolled her eyes and said they don’t supply it. Then when question about there toddler room about the education because they don’t do anything but play all day and you can see the children be bored from doing the same thing every day and she says “in that classroom they don’t do anything but play” hmm well online says they do more than play! so which is it? I feel the teacher is just plain lazy and don’t wanna be there you never see her engage with the children to busy on the phone and tablet instead of reading or art or an activity with the children. Also they believe in sharing cubby’s and hooks and I’m a clean parent with a clean child so I don’t want someone nasty bag touching my son stuff never know what someone may have and I don’t need to deal with someone else’s nasty environment because they choose to be nasty

I moved my child to Childrens Courtyard (CCY) in Bedford, from another childcare service when he was 11 months old. The infant, toddlers and pre-school program offers an excellent structure that doesnt compare to other facilities. CCY provides a safe classroom for each age group to learn and grow in, with teachers who are certified in early learning (most other facilities just have baby sitters). They were able to work with my sons food allergies too. There are also others services like gymnastics, computer classes, and music which my child truly enjoyed each week. When my son was ready to start Kindergarten, he was already reading - thanks to Childrens Courtyard! Now that he is school aged, he still attends the Before and After school program at Childrens Courtyard. They provide the transportation to and from schools and I have never had a problem with the transportation, because they have a rigorous system for picking up/dropping of children. This was a major concern for me to check into, since my other son had been left twice at his Elementary school by the HEBISD school bus and had to be brought home by the principal. Everyone that works there is friendly and approachable, and when you start bringing you child there you truly feel like they want what is best for your child. CCY is the only program that I have found that is truly centered around children (instead of driven by money). The hours are great for working parents (6:30a-6:30p which is longer than most and ideal for those who work in Irving). The facility will have functions for the parents and the children, like Halloween and Parents Night Out functions and during the summer the kids go on amazing field trips that they talk about all summer long.Moving my son to CCY was the best decision Ive made. Six years later he still loves going there, playing with his friends, seeing the staff and finding out what is in store for him each day.
