I found the class super easy to follow (as it was my first “zoom” class) also what a huge benefit to have an online class with the option to sit in; any class order and revisit if needed. Took the salesperson RE class through Zoom and it was a great learning experience. Great mix of technical / book learning with real world examples.

I ended up having to take the 40 hour course over zoom and Ann was phenomenal. She definitely knows everything shes teaching like the back of her hand and will give examples and real life stories and personal accounts of the information shes passing along. I recommend her highly.

Ann was a great instructor and clearly had decades of experience. She kept the class on pace and even though we were learning remotely due to Covid, she made sure we all had an opportunity to ask questions and make comments. Ann Flanagan is a highly knowledgeable instructor. She has decades of experience in the field which allows her a unique ability to relate personal stories from her life to the content we were studying in class. Hearing her stories that tied into specific real estate lessons was very helpful in being able to fully picture and absorb what we were learning in class. If you pay attention to her lessons and take appropriate notes, you will have all you need in order to succeed in obtaining your real estate license.
