Its terrible and the bathrooms aren’t never clean. The staff are rude and will roll their eyes at you for no reason and will talk about you out loud. If you make a complaint then theyll do exactly what you complained about next time you come in just to make a point like theyre in high school. The doctors will only talk about themselves and make jokes at your expense. Its really not worth your money or time. Theyre basically the hood hospital now like Metro.

Her cheerful smile is something others should emulate. The other staff members including the front desk emergency clerk all were very helpful. Our ER doctor has a wonderful bedside manor and put the wheels in motion immediately. They gave me three different bills for refusing all medical procedures/services. These three bills add up to $20,000 for a 5 hour hospital stay and a ride in a police car. They did absolutely nothing besides draw my blood….
Customer service goes along way, and it is far from here. Everyone that we have seen today has been extremely rude - this is so shocking for me. The nurse literally just told me that “I’m not necessary;” who tells a customers that as a professional. I understand it’s we are in a pandemic, but my mother has no voice and is being seen in the ER. How can you care/service a patient when they can’t share their reasons for being there? This facility needs to do better.
I have been Seeing Dr. Mathew Mark here as far back as I can remember. I havent gotten sick in more than 3 years so I havent been in now im considered a new patient and no long able to be seen by him. Instead I was referred to Dr. Kang. Dr. Kang is dismissive of what her patients have to say and makes diagnosis without the full amount of information. Was diagnosed with something inspite of most of the signs of the issue not being there because it kinda looked like it. If you manage to get Dr. Mark he is an awesome Doctor, ill miss him. In the mean time Im looking for a new doctor.EDIT: My bill just came and the appointment for this misdiagnoses cost me $236.70. Put that with the medication Im close to $400 and guess what every time I stop applying steroid cream the itchy spots pop up you know because scabies is reoccurring every time I get stressed out randomly over 20 years. For those who dont know scabies isnt reoccurring its kinda like smaller lice for your skin and that was sarcastic because I know I dont have scabies. Charge me $236 these people want to know why I didnt show up for over 3 years? At least Dr. Mark would have tried.
Been waiting for over 3 hours and was never not once offered anything to drink or to eat .
In reading the reviews of the hospital. I’m shocked at the low rating. Having an outpatient procedure today my husband was treated with top notch care by a highly trained and expert staff.The facility appeared to be clean and well maintained for a community hospital.The cafeteria offered good breakfast and lunch selections at affordable prices. Another plus.... FREE PARKING.
We are in the er now and have been waiting for over an hour to be seen by a physician. My sister is in a lot of painI ask the receptionist if she would be charge if we left and was advise she didnt know. Never again
