Jared is incredible. Not only is he a kind and patient teacher, but hes enthusiastic and has a great spirit. Ive attended one of his classes at the rec center and watched as he guided beginners and more experienced students side by side, old and young. As a girl with almost zero martial arts experience, Jared made me feel comfortable and in a safe space. I couldnt say enough good things about him!

I’ve been a student in the adult class for about two years and I highly recommend the class to anyone with an interest in martial arts, self-defense, or anyone looking to try a new way to workout. The class is welcoming to adults of all ages, sizes, and genders. Sensei Lauziere does an excellent job teaching – I feel challenged, engaged, and energized by each class. I have increased my martial abilities, my general fitness, and I’ve learned a lot about seeing the world through a self-defense perspective. Not to mention that I have so much fun!

Good place for kids to play sports & adults to walk around park, also fishing & boating..

Lots of pretty buildings to walk around if you dont mind all the silly No Trespassing signs.
