Okay so this store has GREAT prices and the owner (at least I think that’s who he is) is so cool and awesome and upbeat makes you want to spend forever shopping there. They have great music and a fantastic atmosphere. But then there are the mornings. DO NOT GO THERE IN THE MORNING! The brown headed little girl was so rude had an attitude and an eye roll when I asked if I can get some help with a return. I thought whatever maybe a bad day. Then she kept on with the attitude until the blonde manager showed up and she was not much better. A lot of attitude and very short. I’m sorry I never used the item or planned on using it my husband bought it and yes I have the receipt and a card that goes to our joint account he bought it with. No need to be snarky. As I was leaving I was just over the bs the little brown headed girl said have I nice day (the only nice thing anyone said) in a very sarcastic tone I just said yeah whatever and walked off. Great place if the owner is working. Miserable if he is not. Again do not go there in the AM I know I certainly won’t again. First and last time. Still have it at a 4 star because the PM shift is super cool.

It was OK but didnt have some things I needed.

The store was very organized and had great employees very helpful very easy to find products and just was an easy and actually kind of a fun outing to the dollar store

The Manager that manages that Store calls the cops on the wrong people he literally just trespassed me and doesn’t even know who I am he really needs to get a different job because he lets tweakers go in there all the time and Take whatever they want then innocent people that go in there and they spend their whole paycheck there he really needs to think straight he trespassed the wrong person I have never been so humiliated in my whole life what is wrong with this place how embarrassing for real he was laughing he doesn’t know me he acted like it was nothing

WOW way over priced.

No clue what happened but the place looked like it was something out of an apocalypse movie. The place was in shambles, boxes and products everywhere, only one cashier and he clearly didn’t want to be there, absolutely dirty and disorganized... what happened!

The amazing customer service, the Speedy checkout,What they keep stocked in store, and the customer service outweighs any reason for me to go any where else shop, oh and did I mention the speedy check out. in the one year I have been shopping at the family Dollar Ive never seen a line over three people.

This store is fantastic! They did have a rough patch when the store was in rough shape. It was due to a lack of employees. But the people who were there did try their best everyday. The store looks awesome now! The girls that are in there are truly trying their hardest to make a great store. I buy everything there! Its cheap but they do have really great stuff! Check out this adorable fishing hat!

The store is in complete shambles now, used to enjoy going here since it’s close to home but since the young ones in here now don’t seem to care and are very rude, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.Broken freezer, trash everywhere, product just laying everywhere, boxes of product everywhere that hasn’t been put away making it hard to find anything, and since it’s not on the shelves you can’t buy it, the parking lot trashcan has not been changed in awhile, there is just another bag for trash sitting out there full.

I give it two stars for variety and being affordable. Great place for someone to get groceries or other miscellaneous items on a small or tight budget. This is not a dollar store. Helpful and friendly staff. The cleanliness and up keep was more on the poor side.

Great shopping outlet with very good prices on all merchandise! Easy to find products and mid range employees. Have witnessed employer and employees casually fighting! But all in all good place if your looking for a quick in and out store for snacks or anything else convenient.

I go to Family Dollar 2 times a month at least. I have always had a good experience and found not only what I need but products no one else has. It a community store that makes you feel welcome.

This store was a great thing when it went in as a provided those of us with a place to purchase small items without having to drive 18 miles to town. Now it is junkie aisles are full of boxes theres trash all over the floor and the shelves just have things thrown on it it has gone downhill in about the last nine months its only been in our town about 3 years I think I actually hated being in there today

Went in really quick for laundry detergent, they werent taking cards... fine no biggie I have cash! A woman was doing trash behind the counter and I didnt want to ring the bell if she was the one checking me out. Nope, she turns around and really snotty tells me to ring the bell for someone...ok. So this young girl, not in a uniform, comes up to ring g me up, we have a nice chat, I thought everything was fine. Get out to my husbands rig, whose been sitting there watching, and he asks what happened? I said nothing, why? As I was leaving this little brat was flipping me off. Screw you! I was nice and didnt give any gripe over not being able to use the card reader or that no one was at the till and the woman that was was rude! Great customer service...jeez you guys!

The employees are great! Being overworked and underpaid is no fun. For them to put up with this problem and keep a positive attitude is admirable to say the least. Keep up the great work!.

This place is a disaster. The people they have there now are very young and rude. They stand around smoking cigarettes by the front door and the smoke poors in. The shelves that have anything on them are a total mess. Stuff thrown all over the floor and half the shelves are bare. I understand they have the same problem with under staffing but this is beyond that.

Clean store and the older lady with short hair and glasses is the best! She is helpful and friendly and works hard. The store needs to add more employees like her.

Negative stars...I was at Family Dollar this morning to pick up some deodorant and I saw that they were very obviously, with several signs, advertising a sale that started yesterday. It was supposed to be a digital coupon on the app (which I had), But I couldn’t find the coupon so I took my things to the counter to seek help. The cashier kinda told me what to do but wasn’t very clear and seemed annoyed with my request. I didn’t really know why it wasn’t working but figured they would be able to help.....I was very wrong! Another cashier came to see what was going on. And told me to just put my phone # in but it said I just didn’t have that coupon. Then ANOTHER cashier came to see what was going on and asked me to show her all these signs and so I did. She inspected them and discovered in fact that the sale started yesterday and went through the end of next month. She looked on her phone to see if she could find the coupon....she couldn’t, then she just said “yeah so we can’t do that...” I was confused... so I asked “you can’t do that?” And she said “no so you can put one back if you want”....then started walking back to the cash register. So I followed her back and told the original cashier that I would only like one of them. The cashier had already put them in a bag, but forgot to take one out. So I waited, then she told me the total so I took the extra one out and set it on the counter. This wasn’t the end of my terrible experience.... I put the card in the machine and the cashier said “insufficient funds” as though she was annoyed. And I apologized and said i put the wrong card in to which cashier #2 behind the counter said “jeesh”. Needles to say I was not impressed with the service of pretty much every employee working.

Its a great place to shop on a Saturday if you dont mind walking around all the boxes that came in.

I dont even know where to start.My mom could not go in the store because she needs her walker, they had boxes, totes and junk everywhere. Garage by the entrance, music was so loud I ended up with a headache.You cant find anything because its just thrown on the shelves. The cashiers are to busy gossiping then waiting on customers.The store is dirty, items are dirty and the employees should be wearing their uniforms.I suggest that the employees not talk about people in the community, you never know whos listening.Corporate needs to send someone to this location and get them in shape.What happen to that nice blonde lady that worked there? She always had that store looking nice and was so friendly.

Its a good place to get cheap name brand stuff and they also sell their own brand of things

Really poor customer service these kids that are working here are always rude.This girl sees me walking the counter and i would assume she would come and help since im in line and i come to the counter and shes still their on her phone doing i dont know what and i said can you ring me up and she says theirs a bell their for a reason has an attitude like its your job to be aware of whats going on i will shop some were else from now on

Inexpensive place to buy paper goods cleaning supplies animal supplies and food people food its actually a scaled down version of wal mart without the horrid management ! Its clean ! There are usually nice people working here,

I always liked shopping here but the amount of stock blocking the isles is ridiculous. It doesnt matter what time of day or week it is, theres stuff sitting everywhere
