My daughter absolutely loved this school. She was only there for a short time due to a move. The teachers were so sweet and the kids were very friendly. She loved playing outside and really enjoyed the music portion of the class. The facility was very clean and organized. I can’t recommend Busy Minds enough!

Our son has been going to Busy Minds Preschool since it opened. He will go to kindergarten in the fall. We are excited for him but also sad that he will be leaving Busy Minds. It has been a wonderful preschool for him! The teachers are so awesome! They care for him so much and you can see that in the way that they teach him and treat him. He loves going there and that helps this full time working mommy to know that while Im at work he is learning, having fun, and Happy!!!

My daughter loved it here! The teachers are great and we loved the amount of outdoor time she got. I highly recommend it!

We have been so pleased with the genuine care our little one receives at Busy Minds. Our minds are at ease when leaving our child in the hands of those caring for him. The staff made the transition to day care from home care a very pleasant experience. We so much appreciate the constant and ongoing communication/updates we receive each day our child is there and love getting new photos of him! We don’t have to question how well he is cared for because it shows when we drop him off each morning, when he is eager to greet his caretakers at the door and then again at the end of the day when he is full of giggles and smiles as we leave. We are so thankful he found his place at Busy Minds and that it came so highly recommended to us.

Amazing! We live 40 minutes away and it is so worth it! My son loves the outside time, hikes, wildlife, animal visits! The staff goes above an beyond and make you feel such ease. Wonderful people who you can tell truly care.

My child has been enrolled at Busy Minds since they opened and he loves it. The whole first week he attended, he was so upset when I picked him up. He didnt want to leave! Although I struggled to get him to the car every afternoon that week, I was relieved to see how excited and at home he felt there.Tanya, Miss Erica and Miss Natalie have been great in communicating with our family so there are very little surprises. I regularly know whats on the schedule for my kiddo and get photo updates throughout the week. My child loves coming home to tell me about his day and I can have a great conversation with him because I also know what went on with his day. The teachers are also very responsive to this anxious mama whenever I have a question.I also love all the great outdoor activities they have. My son has been able to engage in nature in ways we didnt expect from a preschool. They go on hikes, garden, have friendly animal encounters, picnic lunches and I just love that they get outside everyday, rain or shine! He also comes home singing songs he learned in music class.Overall, they have made me feel confident in our decision to entrust them with the care of our precious child.

I have worked at Busy Minds Academy since August 2, 2020 when we opened. I started as the Lead Preschool Teacher and became the Director at the beginning of December. I consider myself lucky to have found Busy Minds and Tanya...I have worked in centers previously and my experiences haven’t been near as amazing as it has been here. Tanya does her best to make all employees feel valued and provide an amazing work environment! Also, as a teacher, there is NOTHING I have asked for in my classroom that she hasn’t made sure we have ...the play led learning that we do with authentic experiences and tons of outdoor play are the best things we can give these kiddos!! Every day is an adventure and we all strive to make sure the kids are loved, taken care of and have amazing experiences!

Our sweet little one has thrived with the care and attention of the team at Busy Minds! The team at Busy Minds has been amazing with making sure our little one is comfortable and acclimated to school well, so much so that now our little one is happy to arrive until the morning. We love the communication we receive throughout the day, including pictures and updates for naps and food. We are so impressed with the professionalism and kindness we have found at Busy Minds - and we are reaffirmed in our decision every day we arrive and see our little one smile widely ready to head in to enjoy the day!

Busy Minds has been such a positive addition to my child’s learning! The teachers are detail oriented, amazingly creative and are truly invested in what the kids are getting to experience. My child’s vocabulary is really starting to grow in just the short time she has been there. The teachers are also wonderful about communication throughout the day! They send pictures of the activities the kids are getting to do and why they are doing them. They also get outside a ton and provide child led play. We are grateful to have found this school!

We love busy minds! It’s so comforting as first-time mothers to have such loving, engaging, and compassionate teachers for our daughter. We have sincerely enjoyed every experience thus far and can’t wait to watch her and our future kids grow up in this beautiful environment they have created and stand for. Highly recommend!

I’m so grateful I found Busy Minds. I started my 2 year old daughter there in January and she has loved it since day one. The staff is caring, attentive and knowledgeable and we know she is in good hands every day. She has thrived in her social skills, vocabulary and learns something every day. The ease of pick up and drop off has been wonderful as a parent. We get updates throughout the day on the app with messages and pictures so we never have to wonder how she is doing. The children get to experience various activities throughout the day that helps them learn and grow and wear off energy. I’m happy she’s not stuck in front of an iPad or TV all day but rather being able to use her imagination and play with her peers. The facility is clean, and elk organized and has a great outdoor space for the kids all year round. I can’t say enough of Busy Minds.

We cannot say enough good things about Busy Minds Academy. Our son has never been to daycare before, so we were nervous when it came time to find him a Preschool. However, after only a few minutes with Miss Tanya, my son wanted to go back immediately. She made us feel safe and welcome to ask questions and be as involved as possible in this big transition. Fast forward to two months later and my son LOVES going to school. Hes learned so much already and has made so many friends. If I moved away from the immediate area, I would STILL bring my child to Busy Minds. I have never seen another day care that cares and guides children so well. In education, curriculum, play, social skills, and developmental skills, they are top tier.

We love Busy Minds Childcare & Preschool! My preschooler goes 2 days a week and we are looking forward to going full time! The teachers are attentive and caring. We get lots of pictures and updates regarding the daily activities. The outside learning and no screen time is a plus!

Busy Minds has been a very warm and comforting experience with my two children. My son in the preschool program loves getting dropped off at school with his friends. This wasn’t always the case with previous care centers. My infant daughter is always clean, happy, and rested at pick up. Written and photo updates are sent throughout the day to keep us up to date. Neither child shows any hesitation to go spend time with their teachers/friends at Busy Minds. The classrooms are clean and set up is mesmerizing to the children. The infant room is also clean, organized, calm, & soothing. Very pleased with our experience.

I know that my toddler is always in great hands at Busy Minds Academy. They have been so patient with him adjusting to being away from Mom, they keep me updated with pictures and messages during the day, and even let me know what time he naps and for how long. I love that it’s not just a “daycare” but they focus on routine and learning. The outdoor space is so wonderful, with activities for all interests. They do art/crafts every day. And they’re always following a themed curriculum and teaching the kids about new things. The best thing is that they make sure they hire teachers and staff that share their values. They are all so patient, kind, and passionate about child development. They aren’t babysitters, they really are teachers.

My son’s teachers and the owner are always available when a question arises. We were knew to the area and they were very understanding and worked with us. Their knowledge with children is amazing and my son loves to go to school to see his friends and teachers. ❤️

We started at the first of this year in August and can’t say enough good about this place. It feels like the staff is in control. There’s always a very calm feeling when I drop off and pick up my child. Best of all she loves going, that’s the very best part. I love their approach, learning through play, yet there is still structure and guidance happening. My daughter just said tonight “mom, I can’t wait till bedtime because that means I can get to school sooner.” It’s her last year of preschool and I do believe she’ll be prepared for kindergarten because of her time here. We love it!!!

Our sons first day was today at Busy Minds Academy. This is his first experience in a daycare setting, so there was some obvious nerves for mom & dad. From the owner to his teacher, they did a great job of making our son feel welcomed upon arrival at the academy. They also do a great job with communicating what activities they are involved in, and the kids all look like they are enjoying their experience there.

My 4 year old has been at Busy Minds for 3 weeks. She is in LOVE and so are we! She is excited to wake up on school days and playing and learning with her new friends. I LOVE the flexibility in hours and days. I love receiving daily updates and photos detailing what my child is learning and doing! Tanya and her staff are very genuine and I feel completely at ease leaving my daughter there!

The drive to the school is beautiful & peaceful, allowing for a nice calm morning. Drop off and pick up are very smooth & not hectic what so ever. My son is pretty attached to being everywhere I am & he is always SO excited to get to school. He wakes up, gets himself dressed & doesn’t even want breakfast he’s just ready to go! The teachers & directors are very helpful and extremely responsive when messaging through their user friendly app. Definitely the best choice we could have made for my sons first year of pre school. :)

My daughter loves going to Busy Minds! She gets upset on weekends because she doesnt get to go to school. The learning through play is awesome! The toys inside are great-they promote learning without having to sit and listen for long periods of time, and we all know how difficult that is for a 3 year old. The outside area is AMAZING! There are so many different play areas and my daughters imagination gets run wild!

Busy Minds is amazing! We especially love how there are weekly lesson plans to prepare our daughter for kindergarten next year and that there is such a strong focus on outdoor play.

We are so happy we choose Busy Minds! We love the philosophy of learning through play. The building and playground are amazing! They stay connected with us throughout the day so we know how our kiddo is doing!

My son is currently enrolled 2 days a week here in the toddler class! It has only been 3 weeks but so far so good! There have been a lot of changes from one week to the next but I think the reasoning would be that they are still trying to get in the groove of being a brand new center as well as trying their best to adapt to all of the guidelines for Covid. Other than that, everything is wonderful and when the kinks get worked out it will be 5 stars for sure! They use the Brightwheel App to keep in touch with parents throughout the day and that is my favorite! I love seeing updates and photos to let me know how his day is going! The staff is great and everyone is so genuinely kind and happy to be there! I love their vision for learning and I like to think that we will remain a part of the Busy Minds family for years to come! Our son has a great time when he is there and comes home happy!

Busy Minds has been a wonderful experience for my pre-schooler so far. The center feels warm and homey and we love the focus on outdoor learning and play! Communication with the owner, director and classroom teacher has been open and consistent which makes me feel safe as a parent. The staff has been more than helpful with questions and concerns. My son attends 2 days a week and he looks forward to those 2 days so much!

Tanya has been great to work with; she’s detailed oriented but also sees the big picture of how to create something that is unique and serves her community. She understands the importance of learning through play, and that kids need to move! As a pediatric occupational therapist, I appreciate Tanya’s incorporation of a large outdoor play area for her daycare. Great location in a wonderful community.

Incredible staff and facility. This was the first time my son had gone to day care / pre-school, and theyve done an incredible job helping him transition. He has so much fun there, and is always talking about want to go to pre-school.Its been great to find such a wonderful child care provider in a more rural setting.
