Prior to the pandemic, I had purchased and prepaid for the 12 dance lesson package at $150. Unfortunately I was only able to take two sessions before the pandemic hit.When businesses started opening up over the summer of 2020, I contacted Marcus and Diana so I can finish using the prepaid lessons but was told that they were no longer accepting the old pass. Well, thats too bad, then give me back my money, right? Instead I was told to purchase new lessons. Now why in the world would I give this business any more of my money? You would think people would be more understanding given the state of the pandemic. I was not asking for free dance lessons, I was asking for a service I had already paid for.Prior to this experience, 5 other family members and i had paid this business more than enough over the course of 3 years of monthly dance lessons. Well not only will this business never get any more of my family or my money, but when people ask where did I learn to dance, you know I will not be referring them to MDN, when there are many other dance studios in the area who are just as good or better.

MDN is definitely the best studio in NJ! Once you begin dancing at MDN there is no turning back you will immediately fall in love with the studio and Marcus just as i did. This is by far the best Dance studio I have been to and I have attended classes in both New York and New Jersey. The level of instruction, energy, consistency and professionalism is unparalleled. The studio space is one of the largest and extremely well kept. Parking lot is very convenient. The welcoming atmosphere makes it easy to walk in as a beginner and impossible to leave once you are hooked!

MDN Latin Dance Studio is the best place to learn salsa in NJ, hands down. Besides being conveniently located by Rt. 21, 3 and 7 there is also plenty of parking. I have gone to different salsa schools, but this is by far the best salsa school i have attended. It is like a salsa boot-camp which it builds on every class, its challenging and awesome at the same time. Also, if by any chance you start late or miss classes, they have very good instructors that will help you catch up in a separate room. In my opinion, what i like the most is the detailed explanation of the steps, hand placement, timing. For example, when a turn must be done on what timing ..etc.

Great experience. After going to another salsa school and being traumatized I thought I would never attend another salsa school again. I was so skeptical and somewhat intimidated the first day I went the MDN thinking I was going to have the same experience as in the other place but to my surprise I had a great time the first day and thus far. Excellent Instructor , the best in the tri-state area especially NJ. Learn so much in my first day of lessons.
