I love this center. It has been great experience for my daughter since her 7 months. Team is caring and very diligent. Teachers listen to parents and work together with them as a team, daily reports are very thorough, the director responsive to family needs. Miss Rebecca and Ms Hannah from infant room are for sure will be remembered.

My daughter Sasha has spent wonderful 5 month in the infant room with miss Rebecca and miss Hanna. She adored her teachers, we saw how she smiled each time we passed her in their hands. Many thanks to her first teachers. And I really liked how many skills they helped to develop. Thank you once again.

My son is in the infant room and we love this place! His teacher, Ms. Swati is a wonderful teacher, great with the babies and with communicating with the parents. Weve also been impressed with the Director, Ms. Ali Rock and all the staff weve encountered at this center. Overall Im pleased with this center and feel confident that my son is well cared for.

My daughter attends Bright Horizons here in Bellevue and she loves it. She really has bonded with her teachers, and more importantly, the somehow get her to eat her vegetables. I dont know what their secret is, but Id really like to know. I know shes having a good time, because when I pick her up she doesnt want to leave.

Cant be happier with this school. Brand-new building, facility, huge movement room and most importantly, great attention to the kids with smaller class size. The director is really great to work with, all the staffs are friendly and attentive, the teachers are amazing.

We picked Bright Horizons at Spring District as our 6 mo old first day care and we couldnt be happier.Although the transition from staying at home with us to the daycare was pretty though for him, his teacher Ms Swati and all the staff at BH were fantastic in trying to make things easier for him.Especially at the beginning, when he was crying and missing us, we were definitely seeing how much Ms Swati genuinely cared about making him comfortable. He wouldnt sleep in the crib or eat in the high chair at the beginning, but he was always rocked to sleep and held to eat his meals during the transition. When you go through such a big change, especially with your first child, you want caring and kind people around him, and thats what we found in this daycare.

I heard a lot of good stuff about Bright Horizon, but don’t be fooled, not all Bright horizon centers are the same. The one I enrolled my daughter in, Bright Horizon spring district, is certainly the worst child care ever !!! This one is in bellevue but on bel-red, note this!!It is so different from the Bright Horizon in bellevue downtown. When i first toured the BH spring district center, the staff told me all the good things just so that we enroll there, because it turns out it’s a new center and they don’t have many students yet. They said: parents are always welcome in the classroom and involve in the activity, which is so not true!!Sick child policy, never enforced there. Any sick kid can go to class and teacher just said i didn’t notice when it’s so obvious kids are coughing and having runny nose.Worst part is the food. They said not outside food but we can take the kid out to eat first. What actually happens there, they don’t like us to take the kid out to eat, even thoug we do not eat in the center. They said take it or leave it, if your kid doesn’t like the food, then just starve until dinner time. Maybe they forgot, these are kids, not criminals in prison. They can choose what they like or not. Why can’t we at least bring the kid out to eat first then let her back in her class? It’s clear they just make it hard for us.They should taste the food before forcing it to the kid in “take it or leave it” manner. My toddler is not a picky eater but when the food taste is bad, is she supposed to eat it too? She eats all the fruits they serve there except the canned fruits, because we never have canned fruit at home.Another director at another center told us that some moms drop by a few times a day to check on the kids and sometimes take the kid out first during their lunch break and drop them back. This is the first time my daughter has experience child care setting. She is not a shy kid and she likes friends. She loves her ballet and gym class which is at other places. Now i know why my daughter always cry when it’s her time to go to this bright horizon. When we drop her off, the teacher keep telling us to leave soon. They can’t be patient enough for her to make the transition gradually. They said if she cry, she’ll stop on her own eventually. And we saw kids there who has been crying for days. Do you really want this on your kid? Make her feel abandoned? And when she cried, no teacher come to comfort her at all. This is so different from what they promised us last time that they like parents to stay in classroom and be involved in activity. The truth is they keep kicking us out so they can do whatever they want with the kids. They never take our concern seriously even about bruises on the head.My friend’s kids went to bright horizon downtown bellevue and she drop by a few times a day to check up on her kids, and this is all fine, never unwelcomed like us at the spring district.Kids play and fall down. That’s normal. But when a kid fell down so hard until bruise and swollen on the forehead, i am sure all toddlers would cry because of it. But when we asked the teacher, no one sees anything and no one knows. When we asked the director, she said she’ll check on it but no news. How can you not notice when a kid scream in pain? We paid them to watch after our kids, right?Other bright horizons also would teach the kids potty train, but this spring district center just said, that’s not our job. Parents should do it at home. So many rules and yet so litte responsibility on their side. It’s not like that center any cheaper than other bright horizons!! It’s just that the staff is less competent so they focus on promoting the center with good words when you first tour the center, instead show some quality.2 months in that center is more than enough trauma and bad experience for our toddler and us. We are moving her to another tottini childcare which seems much better and caring about kids, instead just care that the center is full.If you care about your kids, read this carefully.
