Only adding a 1 star because I cant get ahold of anyone from the company. Ive been calling for several days, sent emails and even a facebook message. When I call, it goes directly to voicemail. I cant leave a voicemail because the inbox is full. Didnt receive a reply from either email or Facebook message. I love the idea that they will come out to you and fix it there but I cant get ahold of anyone...

Must be out of business, this address takes you to the Bellevue post office, wont answer phone either.

Jessica built 6 PCs for Infinite Loop VR. These things run like a dream. We are adding car simulators and the application is very CPU and GPU intensive, but we are able to turn up the settings and they run without a hiccup. Great customer service, quick turnaround and high quality build. Definitely recommend using NE Computer Parts for any PC needs!

Jessica is amazing! We brought our son Keith (14) in for his first gaming tower. She was patient and worked directly with Keith to make sure he would be able to run all his favorite games plus future games she thought he would like. She asked for our budget and went to work. When all the parts came in she was right on budget. In addition to meeting our budget she basically doubled the power of every specification we needed. Thank you so much for giving us a great product and for giving our son a truly AMAZING experience.

Jessica was super helpful and responsive. I had some trouble on a pc i built myself, and she was able to look at it the day I called her. Her service is very convenient because she goes to you. She even went the extra mile and delivered the pc on a Sunday!

I’m just going to start by saying: This is the best computer repair shop I have ever done business with! I brought my computer in because I was encountering major performance issues with games and just all around online browsing. I have contacted dozens of tech support teams, posted in support forums, etc. ABSOLUTELY NO ONE was able to solve my the issues I was encountering.However, Jessica and her husband Jeff were the only two individuals that were able to come to a solution. I can’t thank them enough for all what they did. They made my system the number one priority, and continued to work on my system until it was completely resolved. They devoted time out of their work day and personal lives, to ensure that I was given the best possible results. Jessica even came to the shop after hours, to allow me to pickup my computer!Also, I was given the best customer service possible! They never proceeded on any work, until they talked the pricing options over with me. They explained everything they did on my machine in complete detail. Overall, they performed the necessary and proper actions to ensure I was happy with the end result, at an affordable price!As I stated before, I can’t thank how much each and every one of you for exceeding my needs and making me happy! You were all so determined to get the job done! I will definitely be returning for ANY computer related issues in the future!

This is one of the best places my husband and I have ever been to. My husband recently purchased a graphics card for his computer. Which he was willing to wait for as it was something that had to be ordered. Jessica went above and beyond for my husband, when the card didn’t show up the day it was supposed to she used every available option and kept us informed the whole time. She even gave up her own personal time during days her business was closed to make sure my husband would receive his order. We are so grateful to have someone in our area that’s willing to go the absolute distance for a complete stranger, customer or not! You have customers for life!!

Awesome, friendly little place. Jessica is fun to talk to and really seems passionate about her business. She has plans to expand her shop and even start classes on everything from Windows 10 navigation to Linux setup. She even plans to implement buildspaces and assistance for starting your own PC build. I have no problem supporting a down to earth and friendly business like this one. I bought a really nice mouse pad and some cables for my rig. I will be back if I need anything else!

Jessica was very helpful in finding a part to solve my problem. I needed a converter for HDMI and VGA. They told me how to set it up so my computer will recognize it and told me to call if there were any problems so they could walk me through it. Their explanation was perfect!
