My children have attended both locations. The teachers are friendly and care about the children. I sometimes have issues communicating with the teachers as my children are in Mandarin immersion classes and I dont speak any Mandarin. But they always make sure to have a teaching assistant that speaks English so there is someone to answer any questions or concerns.Both my children have enjoyed school here.

My family have been with IMA for almost 4 year. My old daughter is now in Kindergarten and she started at IMAs toddler classroom at the Eastgate campus and move to the West Bellevue campus when they opened two years ago. She comes home singing songs in Chinese and when our Chinese speaking relative visit she is able to have basic conversation with them with minimal accent. She also started to read in English about 6 month ago. Aside from academics, the school really focuses on teaching children being responsible and respectful. As a result, my daughter is very much socially competent, confident and well behaved at home and at public :) We all love IMA and look forward to have her starting her elementary school there.
