My son is learning Piano since last 2 years and he had fun learning so far. His teacher Mr. Colt is very kind and patient and listens to his queries patiently. He guides him so well. My son looks forward to his classes. I always have a positive experience with the staff members too. Their replies are always prompt and helpful. My daughter took piano lessons as Bellevue location with Colt Wolfe and we hAd a wonderful experience. They were very flexible in offering in person or zoom based on our personal preference. Colt was patient and kind and had lessons very appropriate for my daughter’s age. I highly recommend Colt and 4/4 Music!

My sons have been taking piano and drums lessons at the Bellevue 4/4 School of Music on Main Street for almost one year. We are really happy with both their teachers and we can tell our kids are making fast progress. They enjoy going to their in-person lessons each week and practice their instrument at home, playing the songs they chose with their teacher. We also love the flexibility offered by the school. They are super responsive over email when we need to change our schedule or skip a lesson. Great school, highly recommend it!

My daughter and I are learning piano with Nicole for 3 years. Nicole has always been kind and patient with us. She is a great teacher. We love her way of teaching.

My 5-year old son had zoom piano classes during the pandemic and now switched to in-person classes. I really like the in-person class teacher Ben, who is patient, efficient and always try to make the class fun. I also like the way how promptly 4/4 respond to my requirements and how they deal with the mistake when one time they sent me the wrong makeup class schedule. I see they also provide other instrument classes and may try out drum class as well.

My daughter has been having voice lessons with Nicole Creighton for the last year and her progress has been amazing. Nicole is an excellent teacher, very dedicated and knowledgeable, and my daughter simply loves her. In the last year she performed two times in the school concerts and we could clearly observe how much she developed in over a short period. I highly recommend 4/4 School of Music and teacher Nicole.

My son really like going to his piano lessons. Kiah is just the right teacher for him. She is talented, nice and friendly but strict enough to keep a 6 years old concentrates throughout the entire lesson. She listens to what I want my son to accomplish and sets an easy but still challenging goals for my son to reach each week. The Bellevue location is convenient. The staff is nice and very easy to reach. Positive experience. Highly recommended.

I had very positive experience with my piano lessons here. Teach Jenny has great classic background. Her teaching is systematic and she will provide very helpful instructions on correcting my old habits and develop a better musical feeling.My questions will always be promptly answered via emails, which makes me feel this place is very well organized.

My daughter (9 years old) took weekly guitar lessons at 4/4 School of Music for over a year and it was a great experience. Her teacher Nick has incredible musical talent and is also great with kids. My daughter was a beginner (no previous experience playing any musical instrument at all). He gave her the right level of introductory exercises and music to work on each week, and kept the lessons fun and upbeat. He was great about making sure that she was working on music that she liked and was familiar with. In addition, the 4/4 School of Music staff was always very responsive, friendly, and helpful when we needed to make a change to our schedule. I highly recommend 4/4 School of Music and Nick as a teacher.

Let me start by saying that I went to college for voice and my husband graduated with a degree in percussion instruments. We are executive pastors and both are on the church worship team. It had been awhile since I had done anything musically where I was singing lead and my husband wanted to learn guitar. I also wanted to work on a rock sound which does not come naturally to me. Both of our teachers are amazing! I am learning so much more than I imagined including learning how to sight read which has been a constant struggle for me my entire life. Both of our teachers are flexible, patient and very musically knowledgeable. The prices are very reasonable and I would encourage anyone who is just learning or wants to hone their craft to take lessons. I really cant say enough positive things to tell you how great our experience has been. My husband even makes a point to recommend his guitar teacher to others, and trust me that is a huge endorsement.

My son and I have been attending 4/4 School of Music, Bellevue for almost two years. The teachers are fantastic; they are patient and love teaching. My sons first teacher was Nicole and she is amazing with kids; she gets the right stickers to keep them motivated. Because of my sons other activities we had to move to a different day and then Matt became his teacher. My son got the same special treatment from Matt; Matts continuous encouragement makes my son want to practice regularly.Nicole and Joey have been my teachers. Because of my time commitments; I have not been able to attend their classes regularly. But whenever I have shown up to the class; they are very positive and are appreciative of the practice that I put in. I highly recommend 4/4 School for all kinds of levels. My son and I are total beginners and within a year we were able to see a lot of progress in our piano skills.A big shout out to the scheduling team; they are very responsive whenever I have contacted them and their makeup policy ensures that a paid class never goes wasted.

David has been so amazing with my daughter. She has never taken music lessons before and Im truly shocked at how fast she is learning the guitar. I think his calm demeanor and general style of teaching are really beneficial and I would recommend him to anyone. The school in general is so helpful whenever there is an issue- its so refreshing to find a company that is as advertised...and even better!

4/4 has been so great to my two kids! They are LOVING their Piano lessons! Bonnie has been so helpful with scheduling! Planning around summer activities and trips has been a breeze with Bonnie helping me out. She is always pleasant and helpful. Our daughter joined piano lessons at 4/4 with the start of KG school year Nicole Creighton has been really awesome, extremely friendly and our daughter continues to be excited about Piano lessons every Wednesday - huge win for a Kindergartner! The admin staff is super helpful and has been great about cancellations/rescheduling etc. We are certainly going to continue and recommend to all families interested in music lessons - they also have a range of teachers and a lot of time slots!

Thank goodness I found Pierce at 4/4 Music! Since moving to Kirkland a year and a half ago from Boston I had wanted to re-start guitar lessons again and didnt know where to go first, then I found 4/4. Through my lessons with Pierce, Ive worked on building my skills and confidence with the guitar, but in a style of lesson that is most interesting and useful to me. Pierce really listens to how I would like to use my lesson time by working on songs that inspire me most, but he also challenges me to expand my understanding of the guitar, which is an awesome combination!

My 5 year old has Nicole for his piano lessons and he loves it! Shes great and I love her patience with him. He looks forward to it every week.

Ive had Jackie, Riley, and now Aaron, (I have a ridiculous schedule and had to change up my lesson time twice) and they have all been great. Its awesome how their strengths differ, like being in a band, recording and publishing, touring, reading music, playing instruments, knowing indie/alternative/rock/classical/every-other style of music... the list goes on and on. No matter where youre starting, what you want to do, and how you want to get there, you will find a teacher that is right for you.

My son took guitar lessons from this company years ago. I love their style. Now both my girls are taking voice lessons. My daughter would never sing in front of us, I would catch her quietly singing and LOVED her voice but she wouldnt budge. So, I asked if she would be interested in voice lessons. Without hesitation, she said yes and now walks around the house singing out loud. What a gift to hear her voice. Not to mention she loves Riley and was sharing everything she has learned from her so far.I also want to give a shout out to their administrative staff as well... they are always responsive, specific, and helpful.

My daughter took voice lessons from Riley and Bree this summer at the 4/4 music school. She loved it. They were both positive, instructive, and encouraging. It was easy getting enrolled and getting her on the schedule.

My son takes guitar lessons with Mr. Curtis at 44 School of Music (Everett Branch). He is am amazing teacher who adjusts his teaching style based on student interests and learning style. The Office Manager Lexi and other staff at the center have always been very friendly and flexible wrt rescheduling lessons. It is very easy to reach out a customer service representative of the institute. There was once a small confusion wrt payment and it was taken care of immediately. I highly recommend 44 School of Music for anybody interested in taking music lessons. They also have a wide variety of timings, which makes it even more convenient.

My experience with Colt was fantastic! He is kind, patient and helpful. I will miss him greatly. I wish Colt the best and hopefully down the road, I will be able to schedule with Colt when I recover. Doubt anyone can compare after having Colt as my teacher. Stacy

Aaron has taught me so much. Not just about learning how to play piano, but about myself. About self confidence and learning through enjoyment. Twice Ive hit what I thought were barriers to my piano learning abilities, and twice he has showed me that those barriers were just bumps in the road.The atmosphere and methodology at 4/4 in Bellevue is perfect for new players of any age. Im in my thirties and learning piano. No Mary had a little lamb. No row row row your boat.
