I want to give a shout out to Angela and Clint R.! My wife and I have been taking our little one over to ABC Childcare for a few years now. The care and attention my kiddos receive from ABC Childcare is THE BEST! This is the place to bring your children to hands down. Keep up the great work!

Our daughter LOVES going to school here every day! The teachers and director plan lots of fun activities during the month for the kids, which we really appreciate. We also like the fact that the teachers really seem to enjoy seeing our daughter grow up and learn new things, and they always tell us how her day was. The curriculum helps too, and is based on getting our daughter ready for kindergarten. Absolutely recommend!

We moved to Nebraska in June 2019, and as being new to town, and first time parents, we were terrified about the idea of daycare for our infant. From our first tour, through today, the staff has been nothing but amazing to our family. Ms. Marisa (not even the director at the time) greeted us immediately and answered all our questions, allaying our fears. Our son has grown and blossomed in the infant and walker rooms. The staff has shown incredible interest in our son, and provides us with detailed information on what he did all day, helped guide us through the transition from just bottles to the addition of purees and solid foods, and now almost completely on solids as he approaches 1 year old. They tell me and show me some of the silly things hes been doing each day during play, and we discuss his new developmental milestones and what hes doing there to help improve those skills. If there is ever a problem, they call immediately, even on the weekend, if it is needed. They have kept us in the loop on everything that has been going on. The staff has given me the mental relief of knowing that my son is loved there, they are invested in his development, and help reinforce the things we are teaching him at home. We have loved having our son here.

I highly recommend this daycare. All three of my children have gone here for years and like all daycares I have had a few issues but are fixed right away and have been explained to me. I get incident report when my kids have been hurt told when they are sick or any concerns the daycare may have. Simone goes above and beyond ensuring my childrens safety as well as the other staff. I love all the activities and fun events the center does. my kids come home happy and clean. the owners have done a great job adding and changing the center. the center is always clean and very festive. Im extremely impressed with the infant teachers they currently have they take such good care of my daughter. I love watching her on camera playing with the teachers as well as how excited the staff is to see her each morning when I arrive. I highly recommend this center to anyone.

Great environment for the kids, New toys and playground, cameras so you can check in on your kid whenever you want, and priced reasonably. Staff really cares about the kids. So far (we move a lot) its been the best center weve been to. They work really hard to keep the kids safe and entertained and the learning programs are really good too. Never had any troubles with the teachers or directors, past and present - New owners and managers within the last year or so and while I didnt really have any issues with the old ones, theyve definitely improved things in a lot of ways.

I absolutely love this facility!!! I have 2 kids 4 months, 22 months. My children have been coming here since the oldest was an infant. They keep the kids busy and always learning and I would not have any problems ever bringing them here. The director is very kind and very willing to help. This facility gets 10 stars in my book and would not think of taking my kids elsewhere.

This childcare/preschool is great. The price is very reasonable. The staff is very nice, and they really get to know the children. My daughter loves all the teachers there. There are cameras in every room so you can always check in on your child during the day. I noticed that there are some bad reviews, but I should mention that the ABC is under new ownership and she has been great. She has purchased new playground equipment, new toys, and she has made updates to all the rooms.

Ever since Symone left, the daycare has been a disaster. Not saying that it wasn’t a disaster before. The daycare was very much like a high school and had obvious cliques. There was always drama and made it very hard for the staff to feel happy or excited to be there. There have been many many teachers that left the daycare due to the hostile work environment. One of the teachers left while Symone was still there due to the other teachers belittling her and making work miserable for her and then came back after Marisa was in charge hoping that things have gotten better but they definitely did not. Symone or the owner Angela did not do anything about this and blamed the staff for making enemies. Before Symone left, her and the assistant director Kathleen were great friends therefore, she let a lot of things slide. With that being said, when Kathleen (who worked in the toddler room at the time) was caught PHYSICALLY and MENTALLY ABUSING THE CHILDREN, all she got was a smack on the hand. When I say physical and mental abuse, she was caught hitting kids, patting the kids down for nap so hard that they can hear her hand against the child’s back from the other side of the daycare, she yelled at the kids aggressively and through her teeth often and even poured water on top of a child’s head to make them listen. We are talking about 18 months to 3 year old kids! There was video footage proof but of course, Symone acted like there wasn’t. Teachers would see Kathleen do something, write the time, day, and what room so Symone could go back and look at them later but wouldn’t even bother looking. Of course being assistant director, she knew where all the blind spots in the rooms were so it made it difficult but not impossible to catch it on tape. After months and months of continuous reports from several different staff members, she got demoted and was moved to the preschool classroom but was still able to keep her job. Although she got better, she did not stop. Most recently, she has been putting kids in timeout for an excessive amount of time and using physical force to keep the kids there. After Symone left, Marisa took her spot as director. A few months later, a teacher named Chloe took her preschool class outside and left a child inside with no adult supervision after the child walked off after doing the initial headcount. Chloe was let go due to that incident. And may I add that a toddler was left OUTSIDE by himself for a short amount of time under Kathleens supervision a while back but she was not punished at all. That shows how much Symone has brushed under the rug for her. If Chloe was let go after one incident, Kathleen AND Symone both should have been let go as well. The state licensing lady for the daycare even said that Symone and Kathleen should both step down. Other than the staff being the way they are, the daycare is infested with different viruses all the time. Kids are constantly going home sick, the owner Angela is money hungry so will let kids come in with contagious diseases just to her her daily tuition. And then on top of that, the daycare was closed today due to something not being up to state regulations and the staffs information not being up to date. And they were closed Friday due to a “influenza outbreak” . ABC Childcare has won several Bellevue Childcare Awards but Angela bribes all the parents with tuition discounts in exchange for a vote so the daycare didnt even really win. This is just absolutely ridiculous and 10/10 would not even recommend this daycare to my worst enemy.

Terrible place. I tried to use this care center for a drop in. The gal Simone was nice and said I could come tour anytime between now and my start date except tomorrow/Thursday because of the Christmas program they were putting on. So i hustle home pick up my kiddos and head over. I was greeted at the door pretty rudely. I explained the story to this woman. She said well no one told her about it. I explained I had talked to the director. The gal said you can’t come in for a tour you have to come back. I explained the short time frame I had to find care. It didnt matter to her. So obviously parents not being able to show up at a daycare unannounced is a huge red flag! I found another center that had no problem giving me a tour unannounced. I called this center back to explain to the director what had happened. She was short with me, failed to see why it’s doesnt bode well for their center for parents to come whenever they want, then hung up on me!

We just pulled our son out from this daycare last week due to neglect, emotional and physical abuse.I do want to mention that when we started him there 10 months ago, it was like a completely different daycare that we loved. We were very impressed with Symone (the director) and Kathleen (a teacher). However, Symone left the daycare a few months ago, and we started seeing dramatic changes in our son as he started to dread going. He would cry every day and beg not to go. He started saying that Ms. Chloe won’t talk to him and she yells at kids. I found out that Ms. Chloe had actually been fired by Symone for how she treated kids. But that Angela, the owner, hired her back once Symone left. One day when I picked up our son, he was just standing in the classroom hysterically crying while two teachers that I hadn’t seen before were sitting against the wall on their phones and could not tell me what had happened or why my son was so upset. From then on, I started logging on to their video app during the day to watch how he was doing. On the morning of October 1st, I watched as Ms. Chloe lined all the kids up, except the little boy in the corner and they went outside. I continued to watch as both the Preschool and Pre-K rooms were completely empty. The boy wandered around the room alone, to the other room and into the lobby for over 15 minutes until another teacher came in from outside to get him. I have attached screen shots that I took because I was so alarmed by this.I continued to watch for days and would notice that they had started combining two of the classrooms and there would be 15 or 17 kids to ONE teacher. I never saw learning activities going on anymore. The TVs were constantly on and the teachers would be on their phones not paying attention to the kids. Last week, I logged on and was watching as Ms. Chloe was making all of the kids lay down (it was in the morning before lunch, so it was not even nap time). I watched as one little boy was laying by the wall with his legs up in the air against the wall. Ms. Chloe charged across the room, grabbed the boy by his ankle, yanked to spin him around and threw his foot/ankle to the ground very aggressively.Since then, we have been made aware that the children no longer do the curricular work they were doing months ago (we suspected this as our son no longer brought home worksheets or art projects), that they eat the same cheap things for lunch all of time, that some of the teachers get hired on before they even pass their background checks and that this daycare center has previously been on probation by the DHHS because some teachers have been physically aggressive with the children, such as slamming them on the floor for “time out”. Angela, the owner does not care about the children, she only cares about getting money. There were a number of times during our 10 months there that we would get overcharged and my husband had to go in and get it corrected. We still love Kathleen and were sad to leave her, but we did not feel that our son was safe with Angela, the owner or the other teachers, especially Chloe.

Please keep in mind that this review was based on an experience of almost 2 years ago.Do not send your child to this daycare! If you dont want to read what I everything I wrote, then read this:The day we removed our son from this daycare, there were only 4 babies still enrolled. Two weeks before we left, they had a full room of 8.At first it was great. My son was an infant and he had two great morning and afternoon babysitters. Then there was a new owner (Angela) and the babysitters soon left. The new ones often complained about my son being fussy, spitting up, wanting to be held, and would only sleep in his baby bouncy and not in the crib. Just to give you an idea about my son, he might spit up more often then other babies, but he was a baby at the time.....thats what they do! My son is rarely fussy and usually still keeps his upbeat attitude when he is sick. It also seemed we got called for everything and they usually wanted us to pick him up. My wife was told one day that our son had Smegma and when she got home, it turned out all my son had was diaper lint on him. After about 2-3 months of the daycare complaining about their issues with my son, my wife and I decided it was time to take him elsewhere. My son is currently enrolled at Little Hands Work and Play in Council Bluffs and he loves it. Doesnt fuss when we drop him off, usually in a good mood and the staff take great care of him. I highly recommend them. One more thing, their billing and notification is horrible. They raised their rates without notification (except for their billboard which is conveniently across the daycare where people who only have babies cant see it). Nobody told my wife and I, neither did they send anything home for the parents. After a couple of months the director notified us we were behind and demanded payment. I have no problem paying my bills and to wait two months and demand instant payment is ridiculous. That is not how you do business.

I AM SPEECHLESS!!!! We are a military family and have lived here for six months. Our youngest (2 yo) has been on the waiting list for the CDC on base and we just received a spot. The ONLY reason we are moving our youngest to the CDC is because our oldest is there and it is more convenient for us as a family to commute back and forth to one location. We are really, really sad to leave ABC Childcare. The Director, Assistant Directors and EVERY single teacher in each room are beyond amazing. My son formed so many bonds with these wonderful caregivers. They always have so many activities going on for the children from holiday festivals to art projects to pajama day and superhero day all the way to the different plays they put on throughout the year. The daycare is very secure and you must have a code (that is changed frequently) to enter the building. ABC even provides a website if you wish to watch your children throughout the day. It is very clean inside, plenty of toys and learning activities and it is always beautifully decorated for each season. The playground is really nice and very safe. They have a wonderful curriculum and really, really love your children and love what they do. I never had an issue with any of the caregivers and my son never wanted to leave when it was time to go home. If you are moving to Bellevue or are military stationed at Offutt AFB and you are on the CDC waiting list, this is the place to go. Trust me, you will not want to leave! Thank you ABC, we will miss you all and will still stop by to visit!!

Weve moved around a lot so have had to deal with several daycares in the past. ABC in Bellevue has by far been the best center weve been with. The teachers and management are all very kind, understanding, and respectful. The rooms are clean and well organized. Theres security cameras all over the center and you can sign in to check on your kid all day. The price is very reasonable, compared to other centers where you arent getting quite as much bang for your buck.Would recommend to any parent looking for a high quality center in Bellevue.

The state will see the report they gave after I asked the staff to write a report. I hope there will be some serious action taking to provide the rest of the babies/ toddlers the care then truly need.

My child has been going to ABC for a few months now and I absolutely love it there. She started going when she was about 9 months old and it was the first time she was ever away from us (her parents) and in the care of someone else, so of course we were very skeptical at first because she had what we called stranger danger and did not like to be around/with people she did not know. ABC made my experience with bringing her to daycare for the first time so welcoming. They really helped put my mind at ease and made me feel very comfortable. I was one of those parents who called constantly and asked a million questions and never once did they seemed bothered or annoyed by me. I love the bright and vibrant colors they have everywhere. From what Ive seen they are very clean and sanitary. The director (Jessica), my childs teachers (Krystal and Amanda), and all of their other staff are extremely nice and friendly. Everyday when I walk in they say good morning and before I leave they tell me to have a good day at work. I couldnt ask for a better environment to walk in to every morning. They also have video monitoring where you can see throughout the day (real time) what they are doing and Ive never seen anything that is concerning. In regards to other comments about people saying when theyve called children are screaming/crying in the background, all I have to say to that is that its a daycare OF COURSE there are going to be screaming and crying children from time to time. Its something I would almost expect to hear walking into or calling a daycare. Also, the previous comments about the director, Jessica, are absolutely absurd!! Any time Ive ever dealt with her shes been nothing but kind, courteous, respectable, and very professional (and Im not just saying this because we are friends, Ive never met her before taking my child to ABC, I was just another parent). Ive done my research on this daycare and on the Nebraska Health and Human Services website you can find reports of Negative and Disciplinary Actions Against Childcare Providers and ABC Childcare is not on a single one of them. To top all of that off, this daycare is EXTREMELY affordable. Being a young mother of two I found that they are the least expensive daycare centers around, which at first had me question if I should take my little one there because they say you get what you pay for but in this case you get extremely amazing care at a low/affordable cost! I would highly recommend this daycare to all my friends and family.

Both of my grandchildren have attended this daycare since birth. The oldest, my granddaughter is now in 1st grade and just LOVES it when she gets to go with me to pick her younger brother up. My grandson is still attending and will begin Kindergarten in the fall of 2018 I cant express enough how much I love the teachers at ABC Childcare. It says a LOT when the kids get so excited to go each day. All of the teachers are like family to us as they treat my grandkids like they are one of their own. When we drop them off, we dont have to worry about how they are treated...the staff is always available and I know I can drop in at any time and will feel welcomed. My granddaughter loves to play school and when she does, she doesnt play school based on the school she currently attends, rather she plays based on her years at ABC Childcare. She even pretends she is the director and answers the play phone, ABC Childcare, Ms Symone, how may I help you? I love all the staff, but Symone-Lily McCoy has a special place in my heart and in our family. She treasures each of the children in her care as if they were her own. We consider Symone part of our family. As a final note, this facility goes above and beyond in putting on various activities and programs throughout the year for the children, parents and grandparents. For instance they put on a Fall Festival in October and better yet, a Christmas program in December. The time and effort they put into this is amazing and I look forward to it each year.If you are looking for a place that you can feel safe in leaving your children/grandchildren, I just cant express enough how wonderful this childcare facility is.Janet Reeves

I am writing this review because I am tired of reading all the negitive comments...With that being said this is what I have to say about ABC Childcare! I absolutly LOVE this Daycare/Preschool, My daughter Emma has been going there for four years now. She loves all the teachers there and gets along with all the children. All she ever talks about is whats she has learned in preschool that day, how they went out and played on the playground, or what movie they watched etc. She and I are very fond of the nice and sweet teachers there, they have always taken great care of my daughter. Miss. Annie and Miss. Jessica are amazing people and always have the best interest at heart for the kids. There is a turn over rate for teachers there, but you have to understand that people leave for there own reasons or get fired for GOOD reasons. Clearly one or more of these reviews are from an old employee that is still hurt at the fact she was no longer needed at ABC Childcare (BUMMER) once again for a good reason... The prices here are fair and the teacher there now always go the extra mile. Every single girl there is amazing at what she does (taking care of others children). Needless to say I am very impressed with everything about ABC Childcare. And definitely think that some of these people writing reviews need to grow up and get a hobby or something. I recommend this Daycare/Preschool for ALL of my friends and family :-)

My children have had so many terrible experiences here, reacurring bite marks, scratches, even a black eye that no one could explain to me after 3 days of asking what happened, owner is barely around and doesnt handle issues properly!!! clothing coming home molded bc of them not getting dirty clothes back to us, one of the caretakers were slapping my 3 month old at the time to burp her. My babies come home with bad diaper rash all the time, they never own up to things they did wrong,! They will turn it around on you and your family! Wrong diapers on my kids when they come home, ones that they are allergic to. This place used to be great before the new owners I only had one bad experience and they handled it immediately, now no one knows whats going on and its a guessing game, Simone used to be a great part of the daycare, now she is rude and Bossy! a lot of the workers will just sit there and look at you when you come to drop off. I feel this facility is subpar. Only used this facility for a couple months afterwards we finally decided to watch the webcams to find some interesting things happen. This place does not have allot of structure from what I saw its more a free for all with a couple babysitters, I can get that on Craigslist in my home, tired of our daughter throwing a fit when getting dropped off and crying most days when we pick her up, says something to me, she has been at new facility for 4 days and I can tell she loves it, doesnt mind or throw a fit when dropping her off after a couple days, never crying when I pick her up, didnt appreciate watching our daughter get thrown to the ground and someone is always turned around and never see what happened. Thanks webcam. Not to mention 15 minute time outs 1-3 times a day for kids under 18 months, totally uncalled for. The staff is friendly and mostly college kids just getting through school. Price is high for this facility for what you can get at competitors. I see there is a reviews that teachers send pics of kids having fun, yeah never saw one, or daughter totally changed and were going to be working for a while to correct her attitude she was a perfect child before attending here, there are several other pretty negative reviews on this facility. I just posted a picture of my child when I went to pick her up from ABC. That day I decided to go in a different way because something didnt feel right. I come in my daughters diaper needed to be changed and her nose is crusted with snot. The lady sees me and instantly hops up to take her to the bathroom ,I told her dont worry about it because it was not a concern before I got there. She lies and says her nose just started running which you can tell from the pic its been there all day(which my 2 year old knows how to wipe her own nose) so I talk to the director (simone) . also there was another time I picked my daughter up she had no diaper on for several hours I asked 3 people why she didnt have a diaper on no one could explain to me why. So her last day they give me a report sheet saying she needs more diapers my daughter went there for about 2 months and that was the only daily report I got on her. I called cps and made a report. Simone lies to the cops (yes cops were involved) and tells them I threatened to come up there and beat her up which I never said I never got violent or anything I was really upset over the treatment of my child. They have too many kids to one staff they mix classrooms together and will have age groups 2-6 together approximately 18 kids to 1 staff. Simone spends a lot of time in the office on Facebook.

It is a very unwelcome feeling when you go in there. When I first took my kids there, there was no sense of direction on where to go where to put my kids, the staff never said goodmorning or anything to me or my kids.Last week the director told me she forgot to give my 7month old son his medication. As a mother, that is not ok with me. He has asthma so u cant just forget to give him his meds he needs it. So the next day I told Danielle, my sons teacher, make sure to not 4get his medication and she flipped out on me and said if I need to give him his medication then u need to bring sumone else in the room with me because Iam by myself with a zillion babies. I did not deserve that attitude at 6 in the morning and its not my fault they are short staffed. and having no time to give my son his medication is no excuse.
